The mattress is perfect for any sleeper style. No matter how I turn, it's the same level of firmness. The best mattress is the one you don't notice.... We bought the power base as well (split king). I really enjoy being able to sit up and read, the massage feature when relaxing before bed, and the zero gravity position for sleeping on my back (you just fit into the contours so snuggly it's relaxing!). I would definitely recommend trying it out. We've been very pleased!

My boyfriend and I moved in together and were struggling to share his queen sized pillow top mattress. The motion transfer was ridiculous. We did lots of mattress research and landed on the Purple. We have loved it from day 1. Hardly any motion transfer and it's super comfy. My bf sleeps hot and hasn't had any problems with being warmer than usual.

My mattress, combined with the Purple Pillow, have eliminated my expensive trips to the chiropractor. I was disappointed the first few days, as my pain seemed to increase after my mattress arrived. However, I've learned that my spine was just aligning to the way it was supposed to be. Now, after a few months, I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and couldn't be happier. I have my boyfriend spend the night with me, as sleeping on his spring mattress is unappealing to me now. Purple is a much needed life investment!

The mattress was very easy to set up. It's heavy but with someone to help it isn't too difficult. It's super cozy to lay on. Using the traditional descriptions of firm/medium/plush doesn't really apply to this mattress. It's very supportive but doesn't feel like sleeping on a rock. I don't feel the uncomfortable push back that a traditional mattress has. Compared to a memory foam mattress you don't sink into a hole that you have to crawl out of. It's very easy to get off the purple bed unlike a memory foam mattress. I'm a heavy person and there isn't the midsection sag like every other mattress I have ever tried. My entire body makes good supportive contact with the purple mattress. I am very pleased with it. I hope it holds up over time. I've only had it about a month now. So far so good. Excellent quality and price. Quick delivery.

Set up was quick and efficient (and fun!). Mattress comfort took some time to adjust for us (sore backs and hips - but they were bunk body parts to begin with). Mattress has a "springy" feel to the top but also cradles and absorbs you at the same time. Feels nice. Without a mattress protector the feeling is bumpy akin to an egg crate but with lesser hills and valleys. Using a mattress protector or tight sheets this is not felt. But I wouldn't recommend tight sheets. Use jersey-style sheets or the sheets Purple sells. You'll want that stretch to get the full benefit of the mattress. Overall we love the mattress and look forward to replacing all of the beds in the house to Purple!

It's probably too early for me to provide an accurate review of our purple mattress due to the fact we have been sleeping on it for only two weeks, but in these first few days, there is no doubt both my better-half and I are sleeping better. Where the concern comes in has to do with how one's body adjusts to new bedding. Unlike Select Comfort beds which we were seriously considering until I came face-to-face with YOUR Goldilocks, we were almost totally committed to buying one of their beds. Your company's 100-night guarantee and lower price is what caused me to reconsider. (Without a doubt, your infomercial had an equal impact on my buying decision.) A company who doesn't take themselves too seriously, but emphasizes customer satisfaction wins my heart, mind and soul everytime! I love how you go about educating your audience on the benefits of owning a purple sleep system, while only grazing your competition. (Another effective tactic in marketing. I don't like the "Buy our product, we're better than Joe Schmoe's down the street!" without going into what makes your product better than all the rest.) Your marketing campaign hits all the right notes and in the perfect key too. Now for the hard part. I am still not sure we are going to keep our purple. Time will tell. But even if we should end up donating it to charity and sending you the proof so we can get our money back if we're not satisfied, your attention to appealing to your potential customers and their needs, your communication and ease of order, to your partnership with FedEx and their second-to-none tracking system, to your following up in the first days and now weeks, makes this whole experience one I can safely say is amazing! Just based on my experience to date, I will DEFINITELY recommend "Purple" to anyone who quizzes me on your product and service. As a 30 year old Had bad back problems because, but this and working out my back at the gym it definitely helped healed it back up and with better posture Would consider upgrading and actually a repeat customer. Shipping: the bed and the frame came separately, but that's ok due to Covid

We bought this mattress after watching the hilarious commercials on YouTube (and diligently reading reviews). The mattress is very comfortable- my back and shoulders have been hurting much less. The firmness took a few nights to get used to it after that I pretty much fall asleep instantly and stay asleep. Highly recommend.

I purchased the OG purple bed and I wish i would have purchased the 4". I do not think that the OG has enough support for my weight (275 LBS) to sleep on my side and I wake up with sore shoulders every morning. I am only about three weeks in...I may upgrade.
