This is the 4th Lifetime Kayak I’ve owned. It’s by far the most stable which is crucial for somebody such as myself who frequently has one of my young kids or my petite Labrador retriever abroad. Sometimes both at the same time. I can comfortably maneuver around to grab/move gear around while on the water. The seat is very comfortable which makes it’s easier when paddling for long periods of time. The only thing I’d change is the weight of the kayak. Aside from that, I highly recommend it to anyone seriously considering it for leisurely paddling, fishing, or even hunting out of

Bought this last week and had it out on the water yesterday. Love the stability. I’m 6’4 and 275 pounds and felt like I was on a flat bottom boat. Paddles straight. Little heavy to paddle but will end up using the motor mount. Putting the seat together was a challenge because there wasn’t much of a strap to hook together.

Amazing STABILITY I've only used sit-in kayaks and after enjoying the Manta for only one day I can say that I am very impressed and satisfied with my purchase. The ease of sitting and standing is really comfortable and I would highly recommend it!!!

The manta angler exceeded my expectations. I have owned two other kayaks and this is the first kayak I didn't feel like was going to tip over when I am in choppy water or catch waves from bigger boats, which is important to me because I usually fish bigger bodies of water. I stood up in it and casted and felt very comfortable doing it. I like where lifetime placed the wheels on this kayak because it is easy to move around on solid ground and the kayak doesn't want to tip over because how far apart they placed them. the Manta is surprisingly easy to paddle for how big it is and tracks very well. my favorite feature is the four rod holder on the back. I put a fishing net in one and three rods in the others. I like that I can keep the rods out of my way while paddling to my spot and can easily get to them when I am ready to fish.

This kayak is awesome! It is the most stable kayak I have used and I was able to stand and fish with zero issues. It maneuvers great and very easy to paddle. It has plenty of room for all your gear. It is light enough to load and unload it by yourself. It also has 2 built in wheels that make launching it very easy. I really like that it has 6 rod holders. The only downside is the way the outer rod holders angle , sometimes i would hit the rods while paddling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lifetime Manta Angler is very easy to maneuver and there’s plenty of room for gear . The tracking is fairly good but as in all kayaks in my experience it’s about transferring your weight of your load around to help balance your kayak to get the best tracking . The stability of the Manta Angler is awesome, I was able to stand up and cast my fishing rod with ease and landing a big bass I had no worries about tipping over . I love this kayak

Great boat! Wheels are dumb.

Bought this kayak the other day and love how stable it is. Glad to see a kayak wider than 34 inches. Only thing I don’t like is the inflatable stabilizer that goes up front had holes in them.

Every screw on the skeg wheels was loose, and 2 screws are missing entirely. And the right foot rest is loose, the rivets that are holding it in are not tightened down properly.
