Good flavor

I like the decreased fat. However, I'm disappointed that it is NOT more flavorful. It basically tastes like turkey bacon. It's also a double pack. I ordered 4 not realizing this. pls be advised. After I use what I've purchased I won't order it again.

While not exactly what would pass for bacon in England, it's still a very comparable cut. It has a little more fat than the European cut (back loin with a hint of belly) and comes from the shoulder (butt roast for pulled pork) but the flavor and overall texture is the closest I've come here in the US.

Love the taste and way less fat than standard bacon, however, check the expiration date on the package - bought a package and checked the expiration date when I got home and it was expired for over a week.

This bacon is great. The cut is very nice and the bacon is always tasty for breakfast or anytime. The shoulder cut style is lean and is overall healthier for my family. I was very disappointed to see that it was not available anymore for two weeks in a row so far, and I hope to see this again in the store.

Fell in love with bacon in the UK. This might look like Canadian bacon, but it's not. It taste like regular bacon without all the fat and gristle. 10/10 i'm so excited to have found it stateside.
