I tried the butcher cut bacon and was pleasantly surprised how much less fat there was then regular bacon. I cook it longer than the package directs in the microwave to get it crispy and it's delicious.

This style shoulder ham is delicious with less fat and more meat than standard bacon. Delicious and bun size.

It’s delicious. Not really fatty. The protein to calorie ratio is perfect.

Who knew you could buy bacon with actual bacon in it, not just fat? This stuff is great and I always keep some in the freezer.

This bacon is great. The cut is very nice and the bacon is always tasty for breakfast or anytime. The shoulder cut style is lean and is overall healthier for my family. I was very disappointed to see that it was not available anymore for two weeks in a row so far, and I hope to see this again in the store.

Tastes good and very minimal fat.

Tastes like ham.
