It’s delicious. Not really fatty. The protein to calorie ratio is perfect.

I tried the butcher cut bacon and was pleasantly surprised how much less fat there was then regular bacon. I cook it longer than the package directs in the microwave to get it crispy and it's delicious.

Great flavor east to prepare.

Great Bacon, goes well with eggs, burgers, mince it and throw it in stir fry or with mixed vegetables...cooks real fast too.

Who knew you could buy bacon with actual bacon in it, not just fat? This stuff is great and I always keep some in the freezer.

Nice for BLT sandwiches but, doesn't have a traditional bacon taste. Kids asked why the “ ham” pieces were so small?

Not really a bacon product more like ham or a seasoning meat for vegetables
