My family enjoys the butcher cut bacon, we usually have more time on the weekend to cook family breakfast, this is a staple for us, as it always cooks lean and tasty, goes well with our eggs, grits, toast and fresh fruit, also great on burgers and sandwiches, don't have to work about the slices falling off

It’s delicious. Not really fatty. The protein to calorie ratio is perfect.

This is as close to European lean bacon as you can get in the USA. It is cut as wide slices rather than rasher size, but aside for that its very close to European bacon.

These are my go-to for any kind of sandwich that contains bacon. No more strips falling out of the bacon cheese burger and they are the perfect size too.

I tried the butcher cut bacon and was pleasantly surprised how much less fat there was then regular bacon. I cook it longer than the package directs in the microwave to get it crispy and it's delicious.

I tried this out for breakfast instead of sausage which is my usual. It is a bit more ham like than traditional bacon, but it is good.

While this bacon is good, they are not selling the amount advertised. I weighed it out in the packaging and it less than 28 oz.
