This is as close to European lean bacon as you can get in the USA. It is cut as wide slices rather than rasher size, but aside for that its very close to European bacon.

I would rather have The taste is bland & it's not worth the money.I wouldn't recommend. Knoxville, TN

While this bacon is good, they are not selling the amount advertised. I weighed it out in the packaging and it less than 28 oz.

I tried the butcher cut bacon and was pleasantly surprised how much less fat there was then regular bacon. I cook it longer than the package directs in the microwave to get it crispy and it's delicious.

I'm buying it again so that tells you it was delicious in my BLTs. In fact, I was only going to have 1 sandwich, but the ripe tomato %26 the bacon so delicious I couldn't resist. My son didn't get it as crispy as I prefer, but it was soooo good anyway. i do highly recommend this. I'm anxious to try it with other dishes. Bon appetite!

Great flavor!! The smell takes you back years ago when food was pure.

pretty good! less fat than regular bacon; more flavor than Canadian bacon.

I didn't get the one I always use and buy this one. I loved its taste and quality. Now I use this one.

This was very disappointing. Terrible to eat.

We use this product in beans and fresh peas and it really gives both a great flavor.
