I thought I was buying a brand new set of Airpod Pros, but when I went to pair them with my phone, it was already named as someone else's. No where does it state that this is a refurbished or a returned item. I am very unhappy about this. Not only is this unsanitary, but now I question if these are damaged.

I'm living in an apartment, yet they just put the product on the mailboxes(which is for all residents of apartment) at the frontdoor of the building, where all the random people have access to(Even homeless). It's a $169 product, and I don't think that's a good way of delivering it.

The headphones work great I bought them for my girlfriend as a gift. My problem is with Walmart. This gift was supposed to be a surprise but they gave it away with the suggested product. What is the point of sending them a email to let them know they have a package on the way then at the both on the email suggest product related to the gift. Way to ruin the surprise.

The item was delivered with zero outside packaging! This was supposed to be a a Christmas gift - who knows what type of weather elements it endured. Extremely disappointed and will be returning the first chance I get. Completely let down. Ill be letting all of my friends, Family and network of influencers know about this. Buyer beware!

Awesome

First the positive - I got my new AirPod Pros on sale and after just a few hours I LOVE them. The sound is great. The fit is great. They are really nice! Now, the Big Negative: You pay $200 plus for Apple AirPods and they don't give you any way to Charge them!! What in the world?!?! That is just not right. Why would Apple assume people already have this equipment and require to buy a charging brick or Qi wireless charging plate to charge your over $200 Airpods to use them? I just happened to have a cheap/older Qi plate that is working but it's a slow charge. Apple should make it right and send anyone who needs/wants a USB-C charging block for free.

I have had these about a week now. I love them. The sound is great. Noise cancellation works eerily-well (in a good way). I dont love transparency mode. It tends to push loud noise through the speaker but having transparency and noise control turned off allows me to hear surrounding noise fine. They fit comfortable and securely. I was worried they would fall out but so far so good. Connecting when calls come in is very smooth and quick.

I love everything about these AirPods except they keep falling out even while I just walk or stand it's crazy! I've tried every fit and they still fall. I don't have a problem with my older AirPods. So I pretty much can't wear them unless I have something over my head to hold them in.

Its definitely the best working headphone Ive ever had for all things Bluetooth and connecting to devices and switching from one to another. The sound is very good. The noise cancellation is light but helpful, I love having transparency more. The silicone tips, even with the large ones, don't feel like they have a good grip, so Im always a little worried about them falling out, but they havent. On the plus side, you forget you are wearing ear buds because they feel so natural. And the sound is very pleasant and well rounded and has punch where needed. Sometimes I end up feeling some kind of slight compression pumping when things are very dense or loud, but that could come from things like Spotify even, so I cant really judge it, but the fact that I can pick up on it speaks to the general clarity and transparency and strength of the sound. And for the first time I have just watched a whole movie on them connected to the Apple TV 4K (not immersive sound in this case) but I feel like I will be doing that soooo much more, with the noise cancellation actually turned on at home (think low level fridge noises and such gone), because I felt so much more in the movie without getting that headphony feeling, I can stay more focused, listen at lesser volume, and even when I run I to the kitchen for some water, Im not loosing another line of dialog. Thats an awesome discovery of new ways to do things for me.

I would say the EarPods are pretty cool good noise cancellation and good sound however when you spending 200 dollars on a product or even more on a phone. You should be provided the charger to use the device fully. Apple has really dropped the ball on this. The joke with it is they provide a cable that you can't even use unless you have another device that comes with the charger. Apple for anyone wanting to start in your line or upgrade you make it tough when you don't provide the tools to use it to the fullest. Ok product but bad sales practice from Apple.
