We ordered as a gift and when we turned them on they were registered to another user. So clearly they were not wiped clear and refurbished. Instead they were just re-boxed. We were disgusted with the Promise from Walmart that these were clean and ready to use. Will never purchase again from Walmart.

My purchase was great. Great product for an exceptional price. However, I was shocked to see a man in a car leave the product on a table on my front porch. It was in the original white box Apple AirPods Pro with a small sticker with my name and address. They were not even packaged in a brown box. Anyone coming to my house would have seen them, know exactly what it was and probably stolen them.

They work amazing but no matter what I cannot get the spatial to work and they are sin locked and says that some features are disabled. I tried my friends before buying them and his were amazing with the spatial and that was the whole reason I bought them if you want them get them from your cellular company or apple itself

Love these. I wear my airpods while operating machinery around my property. The noise cancellation allows me to listen to music with the sound of the machines unnoticed. The setting that allows you to hear outdoor noise so that when talking to someone you don't need to remove these is fantastic as well. 100% would buy these again.

My ears are so small I never liked to wear anything inside them so I used to wear this big headphones. but this air pods comes w/3 different sizes of ear tips and when you go on your phone in settings it tells you if the one you put on is the right size for your ears I love them. If I would of known I would of bought them sooner. Thanks Walmart

Okay hefty price I feel am I paying for Apple Brand or am I buying something that will last. I have Bose and hands down great so where echo buds. Problem is hands down they are constantly falling out. These do not music and Audio books are important part of my day.

They are terrific! I got the Pro primarily because of the choice of earbud sizes. Thought I would need a small but ended up with the medium! My only complaint was that they did not arrive on the date stated. They were a day late. Not the end of the world but delivery date should be correct.

Really like these earbuds. One thing that sets them apart from all of the others is that each earbud is independent. In other words, I can wear one earbud and it is fully functional. If I have a long day where I need to be on calls or just want to listen to music as background while I work, I can use one bud and just swap them out putting one in the case to charge and using the other when they get low on battery. This basically provides an extended listening experience or even endless (if the case is plugged in). I've used mine for a year now and they have fallen out twice, once when I crashed on my bicycle when the front wheel slipped out from under me on a slope and I fell and hit my helmet on a rock. I came to a stop and then felt the earbud fall out. The other time I didn't have it seated well and when I bent down to tie my shoe one of them fell out. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have tried many different earbuds and headphones. I have researched and researched what would be my next earbud and decided on the Apple Airpod Pro's because they were $199.99 at the time of this review. I bought them with an Apple Watch SE because I thought they'd both compliment each other well. The moment I put my earbuds in, the noise cancellation kicked in. I wasn't expecting anything at all, and my exceptions were pretty low since I had tried the 2nd generation Airpods and wasn't too impressed. That first kick in of the ANC.... I'll never forget. Really sets the tone for an amazing experience. These earbuds have ANC but you're definitely going to find better elsewhere if that's your sole reason for buying these. Nonetheless, these till provide an insanely great experience. Audio calling is clear and clean, spatial audio with compatible apps almost feels like a mini theater in my ears, they auto detect when I take one airpod out and turn off the music for me, Siri compatibility is quick and clean. There's many other feature but essentially these will only work best if you have Apple products. I almost wish I had a Mac or iPad to try these out with. These definitely work amazing as a first AirPod but for those with second generation AirPods, you may not feel the need to upgrade yet and that's understandable. The only biggest difference is noise cancellation. And again, have your expectation's low. These won't have the ANC level of Bose QuietComfort or Sony level headphones or Beats. But their effectiveness is amazing. The biggest earbud sized worked for me but if you already have trouble with earbuds you are definitely going to have trouble with these also. Ear tips are sold online by third party but at that point you might want to consider if maybe Beats or something with a hook would be better for your case.

Works perfectly on multiple devices; both Android and iOS. Love the sound quality and the ability to completely tone out everything around me; great battery life on them as well. My only complaint about them is that if you want to use an external microphone (or even just use the default one on the phone) you are unable to do so because they automatically force you to use the microphone on the AirPods whenever they are connected. Other than that they work wonderfully and I'm more than happy with them!
