Good product. Is capable of doing everything asked of it. Exception being extremely short battery life when used as a hearing devise. Only 6 hours or less on a charge when in the transparent mode. Also I was not able to get a good fit in the ear as with all of the modules, small, med and large, the AirPods would fall out. Not acceptable as I nearly lost one in our water feature pond. Apple need to do some work in order to have them function as a hearing devise for an acceptable period of time. IE, 12 to 16 hours on a charge.

I love these AirPods. They fit really well, and the noise-canceling feature is excellent. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they die pretty quickly. I took a 90-minute call one day when they were fully charged, and one of them died completely near the end of the call.

They're really good for talking and listening to music. I've never had a problem with someone saying they can't hear me. I like that my music automatically stops when I take the pod out of my ear. The only “issue” is finding the correct size so they don't fall out.

I like the air pod pros but I don't love them. They are more comfortable in my ear than traditional iPod headphones, but they aren't great. I know that they are there and they just don't feel great. After prolonged wear, my ears will hurt. This may be unique to my ear shape, but this issue is part of the reason I've steered away from Apple headphones. The sound is great. The noise cancellation is phenomenal. I also like the Siri voice commands. Siri will read text messages to you and you can respond is audio command. All in all I like them, not crazy about them.

5 stars due to: in ear-comfort (they are the only in-ear buds I can wear without getting a headache); length of time they stay in my ears before falling out (they tend to fall out when I sweat while working out and if I sing while looking up at the ceiling, but that's it) and active noise cancellation (you can REALLY notice the difference). 4 stars due to sound quality (the sound runs lower than other ear buds I have tried.) 3 stars due to battery life (I don't think they'll last a full day on a single charge.)

Excellent product. From the start they just synced with my IPhone as soon as I opened the case. The sound quality is very good and battery life so far is acceptable. With an IPhone they are about as easy to use as any product I have every purchased. The noise reduction does make a difference.

These quality and sound was great. Loved the noise cancellation. Unfortunately, they would not stay in my ears. I tried all 3 different ear bud sizes they came with and anytime I moved my head they would fall out. I ended up returning them and going with the older model bc they stay in my ears.

I used the Aitpods for a week or so and loved them. They fit me well and had decent sound quality. The controls in the stem were very awkward to use. Then the trouble started. The left ear piece quit working and the sound quality on the right one was substandard. I tried all the online fixes, battery power showed good, code was up to date. Reboot, turn on off, etc. No go. So I sent them back. I love Apple products and really wanted these to work well. They didn't. I will probably look elsewhere for a wireless ear bud.

I love the noise cancellation feature and everything it comes with though I am not crazy about the way it fits. I've tried each of the ear buds that it comes with and it seems though none of them gives me “ a good fit”. I really like the fit of the previous AirPods better than this one.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! I didn't think they'd have made such a huge difference in this upgrade. The original AirPods are just “ok” in terms of sound. For me the awkward fit made it difficult to get a good sound use. The pieces never fit so they spent more time in the case than in my ears. Well... I decided to try the Pro version & next to my iPad Pro, this is one of the smartest investments I've made in Apple products! The fit is perfect & the sound is impeccable! The icing on the proverbial high-quality sound cake is that they DON'T slip!!! They're so comfortable it's very easy to insert & just go on about your life! Simply perfect!
