The product is fine just dont know about ordering it from Walmart when I got the product which I only used them one time before I had to send them to apple to get repaired they just randomly stop working apple said one wasnt giving out sound and the other would connect anymore again I only got to use them one time before I had to get them repaired I basically got some defected headphones

Picks up background noise when talking on the phone to the point that the person I'm talking to can here the background noise over me speaking. The traditional wired ear buds are not like that at all. In fact when using the traditional ones I cannot even tell they are being used.

These hurt in my ears. I've tried lots of different inserts, but the AirPods chassis butts up against the cartilage in especially one of my ears and hurts after 10-15 minutes of use. The noise canceling is effective. The microphone sucks (people definitely notice when I use these instead of my iPhone handset), but you're not going to get a better microphone with currently available technology unless you have an actual headset microphone that comes down near your mouth or an external microphone AFAIK.

Pods are great but Walmart needs to work on their packaging and delivery. The pods are only protected in the box by one bag of air which does not protect very well. The delivery person (not usps, ups, or fedex) TOSSED the air pods onto my porch, did not knock to alert us the package was here, and ran back to his car. Super disappointed with Walmart order fulfilling practices. Love the product and low prices.

I was excited to get these for my new iPhone 12 thinking that, for the price, they'd be extraordinary. Unfortunately, they are just ordinary. The sound quality is ok but not up to the clarity and frequency response that I like to hear... all the subtle highs and lows of uncompressed (full HD) audio. I guess they're sufficient for MP3 but for WAV, AIFF and Apple Lossless there's a noticeable quality drop which is also probably due to Bluetooth compression. The fit is ok, kind of bulky for small ears but compared to other wireless earbuds they're ok. I've also had some problems with connectivity. I guess I'll have to pay a little more and get Sennheiser or Bose or go back to wired.

I am usually not a fan of earphones that you push into your ear. These fit a lot better than any others I've tried, and are pretty decent at noise cancelling. Not perfect (they won't cover all the white noise of a data center, for example), but I can mow without needing earmuffs now.

This is a really great product! I bought it for myself months ago, and it worked like a charm. The pairing process is pretty straight forward. The noise-canceling feature is awesome, so I can be diving into my music playlists. The transparency mode is awesome also because I can hear what is going on around me. My mother tried them on for a phone call and wanted these also so why not get her a gadget that is well-crafted and made by Apple? Overall, this product is good and worth the upgrade over the messy, wired EarPods. My package even arrived 3 days earlier than expected!

Really like these earbuds. One thing that sets them apart from all of the others is that each earbud is independent. In other words, I can wear one earbud and it is fully functional. If I have a long day where I need to be on calls or just want to listen to music as background while I work, I can use one bud and just swap them out putting one in the case to charge and using the other when they get low on battery. This basically provides an extended listening experience or even endless (if the case is plugged in). I've used mine for a year now and they have fallen out twice, once when I crashed on my bicycle when the front wheel slipped out from under me on a slope and I fell and hit my helmet on a rock. I came to a stop and then felt the earbud fall out. The other time I didn't have it seated well and when I bent down to tie my shoe one of them fell out. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The Apple AirPod Pro I ordered from Walmart.com arrived very timely and thrilled my wife, who is a busy executive spending much of every day in virtual meetings. Walmart.com had a GREAT price with super delivery...arriving before the forecasted delivery date. Great shopping experience!

Absolutely love these! upgraded to the AirPods pro from AirPods 1/2 and definitely love the AirPods pro better. the noise canceling features is good the fit is better than than airpod 1/2 ( for me personally) love how well Siri responds sound quality is good bought them on sale, priced well for the quality holds a good charge and also charge quick (which is one of my fave features on Airpods) Would recommend if buying AirPods Pro
