I rated this as 5 stars due to the excellent features ( active noise cancelling, transparency mode, ease of using Seri and ease of conductivity to blue tooth devices-- all of which are amzing and work well). For me ear fit is so much better with AirPod Pros than with the 1st generation AirPods ( which did not stay in my ears at all) And while the fit is better, I still need some aftermarket "ear hooks/wings" to make sure the Airpods pro stay in while jogging or exercising. According to Amazon reviews of aftermarket Airpod Pro reviews, this is still a significant problem with many people. If the rating system allowed I would remove a 1/2 star, because for the price of this product, Apple should include ear hooks. BTW if you use ear hooks, you must remove them to charge your Airpods as the charging case will not close.

I had to return mine, they kept falling out of my ear when exercising. Adjustable ear pieces didn't help and not the easiest to change. If you typically dont like ear-plug type ear phones or have a history of them popping out like me, do not buy these. Ease of set up and higher speed USB wire included are the highlights.

They are terrific! I got the Pro primarily because of the choice of earbud sizes. Thought I would need a small but ended up with the medium! My only complaint was that they did not arrive on the date stated. They were a day late. Not the end of the world but delivery date should be correct.

1) popping and other noises often times while talking on phone or listening to audio book. 2) using the noise cancellation feature while working for a few hours causes my ears to ring bad that night and its slowly healing. Something they are using is damaging the ear.

This is an early birthday gift to my daughter. She uses them all the time and just loves the clarity wireless convenience and the excellent Bluetooth distance from her iPhone from one room to the other. She can move about freely without her iPhone on her person! Price is better than it was, too!

In all honesty, I was expecting something a bit better for the price, but it does the job pretty well. The sound quality is pretty good. The noise cancellation is also good compared to other headphones and the transparency mode works great. I'm giving 5 stars because although it didn't meet all my expectations, it is a solid product that gets me what I need.

Okay hefty price I feel am I paying for Apple Brand or am I buying something that will last. I have Bose and hands down great so where echo buds. Problem is hands down they are constantly falling out. These do not music and Audio books are important part of my day.

These fit ok but tilt your head back and the silicone vibrates. Good sound quality but the volume is not very loud at all (for me.) I ordered a set of Apple AirPods Pro (knock-offs) they have intense bass with loud and clear mids and highs. Really couldnt believe the knock offs were so much better! But they are in my opinion so I returned the genuine ones. Wasnt impressed at all with the Apple pros. Ive had much cheaper earbuds that sound so much better!

PROS - Plug and play. Just worked out of the box. - superior craftsmanship CONS - Even after trying the different gel inserts included, these fall out of my ears regularly, versus the standard iPods, which held much better. Im very disappointed in the poor fit. - Again, versus the standard iPods, I expected a substantial improvement in sound (especially with noise cancellation activated), yet noticed no improvement. The sound is certainly good but not worth the price premium.
