The sound is great but they don't stay in my ear. I tried all the different sizes I even let my husband try and they slide out after a short amount of time. Highly disappointed the original air pods are way better

First day they worked perfectly, now they wont stay connected to my iPhone or my iPad ! After about 30 seconds they disconnect. I can not find anywhere to troubleshoot or get help with these! Very disappointing for such expensive items!

I purchased the AirPods on Cyber Monday as a Christmas gift for my son. The case stopped working, and it would not charge the AirPods. I contacted Sam's, and they graciously replaced the AirPods.

Love these!!! The best. The only thing is that it charges with a usb-c from the charging case. Not usb or lightning. Make sure you have something to plug it into! I had my laptop. It has a usb-c port.
