so convenient...maybe it's not the best at any particular thing (sound quality, noise cancellation, staying in for sports, battery life, portability) but it's def good enough at all of them. got it for 194 before tax at walmart, imo great deal. buy apple care for 30$, and u can get a free replacement in 2 years (just complain about the battery)

I listen to audio books regularly, however I am unable to hear clearly using the older version airbuds if exterior noise is present. The air bud pro is an upgrade because it blocks out exterior noises, and has fitted cups that fit in my ears allowing me to listen to the books without outside interference. Im extremely pleased with this device.

I love my new in ear head set! It works wonderful and stays in perfectly. That is fantastic for me as I have very small ears and fitting ones to stay in is extremely difficult. With these Apple AirPods Pro I can even use the middle size and get a perfect seal. I have never been happier :)

These were a great update to the original AirPods that I've had for a few years now. One of the old ones' battery died so it was time to upgrade. I like the noice cancellation option. The new style in-ear fit is taking some time to get used to, but so far the battery is great and the sound is great.

I have small ears, but even with the smallest caps on, one of my ears feels irritated after wearing them for some time. However, the biggest issue is that they will not work with Microsoft Teams, which was my mean purpose for buying them. They connect, but then the sounds is gone after a few seconds in a call. Very annoying. When I started Googling for a solution, I came across many forums on which users complaint about the same issue unfortunately.

They are very comfy and the sound quality is amazing. This is my second set I bought, nothing went wrong with the first set technical wise. My son lost one side to it so I couldnt have my noise cancellation and I missed it so I bought some more. Amazing earbuds must have them everytime o listen to music, feels like a concert in my ears!!

First time owner, pods are perfect, they cancel the outside noise and the music sounds great. I did not like that the pods came without a charging plug and that item had to be purchased separately. I did not have a way to charge these when I received them until I discovered that I had to purchase a charger plug. Make sure you purchase a USB C charger plug with this item or you have a charging pad.

After losing 2 AirPods.. I replaced 1 and decided to give Pros a go. One size does Not fit all. Ive only had the pros for a few days and so far so good , ALTHOUGH I do think hybrid should offer one size smaller of tips... some of us have small ears and an additional option would be very helpful. If I lose one of these Game Over

I like the sound these out out. Great for everyday use! The charging case is a bonus you just slap them in there for a couple minutes and you got a good charge. You can alternate one AirPod in the ear (like while at work) and never lose charge because one will always be charging. The only downside is the microphone quality is noticeably of a lesser quality than the actual iPhone 12 microphone, so its not better for recording audio for podcast or vocals for a song. But the song sound quality is amazing, super easy to use and connect to my iPhone. The price point was also great! I picked these up for $215 after taxes. About $100 cheaper than at Apple. Also really easy to activate Siri with these so you can skip songs or replay songs on Apple Music. I definitely recommend.

Great price and super fast shipping! I had the 1st generation AirPods and it was definitely time for an upgrade. The AirPod Pros are absolutely amazing! I actually wish I can buy another pair just to have for backup. Apple products are always made with high quality and this did not disappoint.
