Upgraded from the original AirPods to these AirPod Pros. Massive upgrade. The AirPod Pros are comfortable enough to wear for an extended amount of time. The battery lasts for a while and the case charges them quickly. Noise cancellation is nice but its really nice in transparency mode to be able to listen to what I want and still be able to hear and respond to others easily. Only downside is how slippery the case is and it is still a scratch magnet as well as finding and collecting any metal shavings in your pocket.

Apple Airpods Pro have a decent battery life. They are comfortable. And the noise canceling feature works well. If your main purpose for these pods is for phone calls, podcasts, audible books, etc., you should be very happy. However, if like me, your main use is for listening to music, these pods are severely lacking in quality. I have other pods with much better sound quality, costing $35. The battery life is 2/3 of the Airpods Pro, but considering the price, I can buy a second pair and still come out way ahead.

Bought 2 pairs for sons 18 & 24. Both very athletic. They love these! One had last generation of these and said the pros are so much better. Perfect noise cancelling for study and on airplanes. Great sound for music. They stay in perfectly. Am going to get these for my husband for birthday. Would 100% recommend this product.

Much better the the original AirPods which tend to slip out of my ears! Sams has the best price when you factor in the 3 yr insurance plans vs everyone else's 2 yr replacement plan. It took a week to get here with the free shipping, but it was worth the wait!

If you had the airpods before the pros, here's what you need to know: -The noise cancellation, is en pointe. It's the real deal. -Music does sound better because of the noise cancellation. -The tap features are more responsive, and since it's more squeezing the tips that tapping, Siri and other features don't bug out and interrupt your music when you're listening during a workout. -They DO stay in better, they still fall out during aerobic workout activities like jogs, or crossfit workouts. -It comes with multiple tip options to help the buds stay in easier, and the tips are easy to clean.

Bought for my hus mbands birthday, he LOVES them, uses them daily especially for answering calls/making calls at work, he is the owner of an auto repair shop so being handsfree is supwr helpful, especially with greasy hands. He likes that he can have Siri place phone calls for him for total hands free calling. So glad i bought them for him!

I absolutely love these. I bought them because I wanted something more discrete than my work headset (Jabra Evolve 75), for when I'm at home and on the go. My home environment can get pretty noisy, so I really researched the active noise canceling feature. I can confirm that it's awesome. They really block noise and people on calls with me say they hear me well and don't hear the background noise. Only downside is battery life on the headphones themselves. They're pretty drained after a few hours of calls. If I forget to charge them in between calls, they can run out halfway through my day. Occasionally, I have to charge them one at a time while on a call. Continuing the call with one earphone works OK, though, and the headphone will charge 30=50% in 10 minutes or so. Charging the headphones in the case is a really quick process. Case needs to be recharged at least every other day for me. These work great paired with my iPhone or MacBook, but I've had trouble getting them to pair with my work laptop (a Lenovo Thinkpad t480). I wanted to use them for work calls (WebEx and MS Teams). I've had trouble pairing any bluetooth devices with this laptop, however. I know it's a stretch to use the AirPod Pros with a Windows laptop and corporate video/audio apps, but it would be awesome if I could get it to work. For now, I'm just using my iPhone for audio on work calls, which is working OK.

PROS: easy to use, connects quickly to devices, sound quality, noise cancellation. CONS: falls out of ears constantly despite using the smallest inserts, battery life sucks (4 hours), only comes in white, and hurts ears after wearing too long. I imagine these will be getting an update whenever Apple announces the next lineup. Hold off buying these for now, if you really must...go with the cheaper Airpods...the Pros are only worth it on sale, got mine for $160 as a Walmart Black Friday deal. Do not pay full price for these.
