I like how portable they are and the features they have. Sometimes transparency mode sounds a little off. I hear a lot of white noise and it's a little overwhelming to my ear. Other than that, they work well.

Ordered these brand new and when I tried them out the left airpods volume is really low. I don't know why and I can't get it to be as loud as the right one.

You should definitely purchase the AirPod Pro its worth the money. Also you want get mad any more because you cant hear the phone call even if kids are loud you can Block the noise out. Very Nice!!!! LOVE IT

This item was sold to me as Apple AirPod Gen 1. After a trip to apple store was notified that this is not an apple devise but a knock off that may be connected to numerous devises and product warranty issues

They are amazing, although they are kind of pricey, they are totally worth it. They've been great and nothing seems to be wrong with them. All the features makes them totally worth it, and I totally do not regret buying them!
