I've had the AirPods Pros for nearly a year and I believe they are worth the price. My pair did come with the some problems. First off the right AirPod started rattling in noise canceling mode and failing the seal test. There are many people saying this has happened to them. This issue does seem to happen pretty often with AirPods Pros. I went to apple and got a new right AirPod. Now they are having a problem with charging the right AirPod that i exchanged at Apple. It charges with the case but sometimes you have to wiggle it and take it out and I have to see on my phone if it's charging. The noise canceling is pretty good, these were my first AirPods so i can't compare the sound quality to the regular AirPods. I do recommend these even with the issues they could have.

Literally this was the BEST purchase I've made in months! I love the audio, noise canceling like sometimes I couldn't sleep at night till I had enough and bought these. These totally made my life better for school too since I don't really like socializing with much people unless my friends. I love these products and I give them 5 stars review! Freaking love this!

With apple you should expect a high quality product that excels in every category. A product with sleek design, extreme comfort, and great functionality. These are all things you get with apple product, and these AirPod pros are no exception. I have owned both of the previous generations of AirPods, and I am an owner of BeatsPros. These AirPod pros are far better than anything I've used before. The noise cancellation is otherworldly, like I actually was genuinely surprised such small ear buds could have such a significant impact. The design, sound, charging case component, and mic are all perfect. The only issue one could point out in what seems to be a almost infallible product, is the price.... Yes it is subjectively expensive to some, however you get what you pay for, and here you are getting a banging product. In my opinion it is well worth the buy, and the price tag is justified by the brands reliability and the product itself.

For someone that's never tried ANC before, activating it for the first time felt magical. Not to mention the superb sound quality for a pair of Bluetooth earbuds! Interestingly, they feel like they're almost not there in your ear, so it almost feels like they might fall out, but they do stay in really well! It's gonna take some getting used to earbuds that don't plug up my ears, but this is a whole other world of wireless earbuds.

Mediocre. I bought these with the understanding and expectation that they would sound great, cancel outside noise and lastly, sound good on calls - all while being small and light. I have several other older wireless headphones which I use for specialized tasks and wanted this to replace them all - plantronics UC Focus for work which has excellent noise cancellation from you to callers (I can stand next to a coffee grinder and talk and you wouldn't hear it). Also has slight but decent noise cancellation for you not to hear surrounding noises. - Bose QC 35 for flights and the gym - comfy with excellent noise cancellation, ok call quality, but big and very obvious - plantronics back beat fit for running, waterproof and sound good but not good for call. Also recently have been dropping Bluetooth signal from my watch (not sure if it is the watch's fault or the headphones) Unfortunately the AirPods Pro are not better in anything that these other headphones do by a long shot. Other than being small and light there's nothing good about them. Sound is high on the mids, music and shows sound flat. Noise cancellation is barely noticeable, worse than the plantronics focus. There is no button to invoke Siri, change the volume, turn off or on, pair them. Always need to be near my phone and/or case. I usually work out with the phone in the locker near by but not on me. Worst of all, and total deal breaker - mic is horrible - sound way worse than talking on speaker phone. So if I was jogging or at the gym and I had to take a call, it would sound better to take the call on my watch speakerphone than on these. Does not seem like what was advertised.

At first i didnt like the airpod pro because of the way they were made but then my 1st gen pair stopped working so i looked into the pros and i got them i tried for store pickup but they weren't in stock so i ordered them for next day they came the next day i went 4 hours on 1 airpod i love that the battery life is longer on these my 1st gens would only last 1 hour then i would have to switch them out this charging case i only charged it 1 time like 3 days ago and i still dont need to charge it yet

I tried the previous versions of the airpods but they just wound stay in my ears. These new airpod pros have no problems staying in. I love the noise cancelling feature. Im suoer pickey about the sound and i woukd rate these a solid 7 out of 10 for sound quality. All in all worth the money with all the features that these earbuds have.

Expensive for wireless earbuds, but that's the price you pay for Apple products! Glad I was able to get them for a cheaper price at Walmart. Used them lightly for about a week now and I really like them to pair with my iPhone and Mac. My favorite part about them is the noise-canceling mode.

Unfortunately I am one of the minority who cannot find an earpiece that fits. Spent over an hour trying to find a size and fit that works. Unable to make the seal for the noise reduction to work and had to return the headphones. Fortunately I did ship to store and they made the return easy.

The Air pods work fine except I cannot get a good seal between the pods and my ear canals - meaning the noise cancellation feature doesn't work like it should. The Air Pod app has an audio test for the Pods to see if they're sealing properly while in the ears. I have tried repeatedly to get them to pass the test but every time I get the message "Adjust or try a different ear tip" ... which I have done for both ears many times but they still fail. I have twisted and pushed them in as hard as possible with all three sizes of ear tips but no luck. I bought the Air Pods specifically to use at my gym which plays horrible pop music on the sound system hoping these noise-cancelling devices would completely drown out the the background crap while I'm listening to the good music I have in my iPhone. But that's not happening. I can still hear - albeit faintly - the glitter-pop garbage they play at the gym. I should have ordered wireless noise cancelling headphones instead.
