Headphones were ok when they worked. Of course as soon as my one year warranty is up one of them stopped charging. Apple wants $89 to replace one ear bud and they dont even know if its the pod or the charger. After spending $250 on them just over a year ago this is ridiculous given that I have used them maybe 25 times.

This is the worst product I've ever purchased from Apple. Within the first month I had the right and left AirPods replaced for charging and audio issues on two separate occasions. Now the left AirPod is reluctant to charge, and Apple's Genius Bar claims they're diagnostic detects no issues. The sound is great, but it's irrelevant if they won't charge, or the audio is muffled as was the case for the first few months of having them.

AirPods Pro did not impress. They were more difficult using the force sensors instead of tapping like the first two generations, especially while trying do other tasks. I use AirPods mainly for voice calls, Siri and dictation for text etc. and find the first two generations are better for me. I'm thinking the Pro may be best when used casually indoors for music. I don't think they are ideal when on the go. Then there's the cost factor, definitely not worth the extra money when compared to the first and second generations.

For about a month they worked okay, by the second month I noticed crackling in the left side, now it is unusable. Called Apple for service, willing to provide service with Apple Care and the warranty, just need to provide a deposit for the replacement cost on a credit card or drive to a store or authorized apple repair place.... Here's my problem that is 2.5 hour away. So purchase regret, because now you are out 600 until they get them at their facility. This is not the first apple accessory that I purchased that went bad.... The phones are great but caution on any accessories even with apple care. You may be putting a lot of time and effort into repair or replacement.

The headphone are great. I dont know what happened but after 3 months my right one started making static noise whenever i talk/listen to music. Already have to return them. I never had good luck with apple airpods even with the 1st generation the same thing happened to me 3 times.

Listening to music and movies works great but when I'm on the phone people say they suddenly can't hear me or they hear so much static it hurts their ears. These do me no good if they don't work with the phone properly. I even submitted them to Apple and there is a recall for some serial numbers manufactured before October 2020. They sent me to an independent authorized retailer to examine. However when they look at mine they said they couldn't replicate the issue and would not exchange them. When I tried using them again with a phone call the same issue happened. I have no choice but to return these defective AirPods for being defective.

I almost didn't buy these for myself, I wasn't sure I wanted to spend so much money on myself when I had Christmas gifts to buy, but I'm really glad I did. The sound is crisp, clear and excellent quality, and the noise cancelling works awesome. Unlike my last, much cheaper pair, these were easy to pair.

I love these, they are comfy, easy and just all around really solid! The noise-canceling is really good but still, human voice cuts through pretty clearly which was a bit disappointing. I'm curious if this is on purpose or not, regardless a bit disappointed on that front. Overall i'm really happy with this purchase

i love the new noise cancellation mode when i first opened and tried them on the noise cancellation sounded great i really do recommend picking these up and yes air pod pros sound a lot better that regular air pods i think an extra 50 dollars plus tax is totally worth the price.

Sounds quality is excellent. Noise cancelling works very well, although some ambient sounds may still be heard slightly. Stay very securely in ears. In-ear design makes for a big improvement of sound and stability in ear over previous design of AirPods. Only drawback is there is no volume control on the buds... have the use Siri or phone volume. Worth the price!
