First of all, I am comparing these to my AirPods (2), which fit perfectly in my ears and work quite well. The Pro version of these AirPods is lacking in several areas. 1. They fit okay but are actually painful after about 30 minutes, no matter what size ear molds I use. 2. They still fall out... what on earth???? I thought the point of these was to prevent that- fail. 3. The sound is good on my side (listening to music, talking to others, etc) BUT, I was told several times by those on the other side of the phone conversation, that I was hard to hear. Another fail. 4. The fact that it is a Pro version, it should have ALL the capabilities/options the regular versions has, but they removed the double tapping capability AND the option to change tracks on a playlist...... HUH???? Plus, you have to squeeze the AirPods Pro to activate Siri and the other capabilities, which causes a tug on them while in your ear, further loosening them....... fail, fail, fail. 5. The hear-through option is kinda useless for me. I personally like to hear what's going on around me, like if I'm running (which they fall out anyways so I guess that's a kind of "hear through") so that I can make sure someone isn't yelling my name or a can hear my surroundings AND BE SAFE. Even when I did use the noise canceling, it was just okay. Plus the hear though option sounds a little digital. Like the wind blowing is digitally altered or something... no thanks. I'm sorely disappointed in this product and am frustrated I bothered to purchase it. I wish it was better , I really do but it fails in my honest opinion. Just save money and buy the regular AirPods, or wait for the next gen.

Too many technical issues. I hadn't had the AirPod pros for even a year and they started bugging out. I took them in to get looked at and they shipped them away and sent back new airpods minus the charging case. A couple months go by and the airpods are acting up again. They connect/disconnect from my phone randomly and the Left and Right pods haven't been working in unison, one will connect to my phone while the other doesn't recognize my phone and vis versa. Super unhappy with my purchase. The original airpods didn't give me any issues at all. I purchased these thinking they would be an upgrade from the OG airpods, but instead it was a downgrade.

After having two pair of Jaybird Vistas fail on me, I went with the newer JBL buds and those were hot garbage. Decided to give these a chance after reading positive reviews and they are great. They stay in my ears during an entire workout, and the ANC is fantastic.

I was really exicited to buy these airpods and they sound Quality works great! But when i want to switch it to noise cancellation or transparency mode it doesnt work sometimes. I have go turn my Bluetooth on and off or let it sit in the charging case for a while. For $250 that shouldnt happen. Thats why it deserves 3 stars

I have found them very difficult to keep in your ears. They fall out and I've tried all 3 sizes of the rubber tips. It is very difficult to squeeze the tip to answer a call or change a track since the AirPods are so short and close to your face. I like the tap function on the previous models better.

They got delivered faster than Amazon would deliver them, I think because they get delivered from your local Walmart location. They are amazing and the new spatial audio blows my mind, try that out when you get them! YouTube has great videos on how to use all their features.

I'm an attorney in San Diego and was looking for noise-cancelling earbuds to use for client-calls. I tried the Sony's, the Jabra 75t Elite and the Bose (even though they're not noise-cancelling I gave them a shot), and the Pros. Although the Pros not only had the best noise-cancelling and voice-isolation, I just couldn't quite get a good seal on/in my ear and they always felt like they were going to fall out just a little bit. But that's probably more on me and my ear-canal shape, although I believe my ear-canal shape is average. I was using the latest Bose 700s over-the-ear headphones for calls, etc. and their performance is tough to beat with an ear-pod. But I can say that in my comparison, the Pros' performance was unbeatable. They are the leaders hands down when it comes to noise-cancelling earbuds and their voice-isolatyfor calls is great too.

DO NOT GET I got them they worked great for six months then one of them started not working then a couple months after I got it replaced I get the same issue on the other and know about a month after I got my second one replaced I am know getting the original one that I had replace I have taken good care of them they have never been wet or abused in any way

These are not real I brought them in may didn't like them gave them to my daughter they stop working for we go to apple just for them to say there fake which I don't understand when they came out of Walmart store so btw if your AirPods don't have the serial number in the lid of the case there FAKE ! And the serial number on the box doesn't even matter because apple wants the one in the case

I love these, when they’re working. I bought them in November, and had the left pod replaced in February because of a crackling sound while in either noise cancellation or transperancy. Well it’s March and now the right one is doing the same thing. I wear them a lot, but do not abuse them. Never dropped them, so it is a bit frustrating to have to experience this. On to Best Buy to have the Geek Squad check them out (since they are the closest “authorized Apple servicer” in my area). I’m starting to wish i had waited for the 2nd gen
