I love almost everything about these earbuds! They are amazing, especially the NC and Transparency mode. Its so nice. Noice canceling is 100% and Transparency is 90% but these are worth it!! The only issue I had was that the microphone doesnt work well when you are talking in the phone. You may need to speak up or use transparency mode. For those of you who dont know what transparency mode is, its sucks up all the noise and talking going on and puts it into your AirPods. U can use it with one airpod too. U cant use noise cancelling with one AirPod though. You need both to use NC.

Love these things, sound quality is noticeably better than standard airpods with noise cancelling on but still nothing to write home about. The noise cancelling itself is really strong, about on par with high end over ear headsets from Bose and Sony (I've used them), and the transparency mode is also super useful in areas with a lot of traffic or when you need to quickly talk to someone without removing the buds. I stuck with the medium tips and they fit my ears better than regular airpods; the clip on system they made for them is honestly genius, though sometimes they can be difficult to pull off. If you're looking for easy good quality and convenience, even to have as an option alongside big over ear headsets like the Sony WH1000XM3, these fit the bill.

I live in the Caribbean so had a friend pick me up a set of air pods pro from one of the Walmarts in the states. I had the chance not quite a month later when I had to make an emergency trip to the US, to return them and did not do so because I had already ordered third party add-ones that I hoped would fix the issue. They did not. So, reading through my ratings you are probably asking yourself why I only gave it two stars. After all, I liked the sound quality. I liked the features. I liked the ease of use. So, why two stars? The design and the fit - or rather, the lack thereof. For some reason, Apple had to mess with the original design and when they did, they changed something so these things no longer stay in your ears. It does not matter if you are sitting still watching tv, turn your head too fast and they will go flying across the room. Eating? Forget wearing them as the movement of your jaw will works one or both out of your ears and you will be scrambling to catch them before they hit your plate. Now, please do not take my word for it. Google the issue and read through the more than 10 million complaints. The issue is so bad, Apple has been known to replace them multiple times for the same customer, for the same reason - they do not stay in the ears! In the end, the customer I know about sent them back for a refund and bought a different headset. It is a shame really that Apple has not listed to the millions of us who have complained about the issue. Even with third party add-ons the fit is acceptable. Either you lose the noise cancellation feature or you have to remove the air pods from the adapter before you can charge them. It is true that Apple provided three different sizes to choose from. It is also true that the material these things are made of slide out of your ears easily, rendering the air pods useless. If you insist on having an Apple headset, go with the original air pods or with an over the ear headset like Beats. But please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on the air pods pro! At least, not until Apple listens to its customers and solves the problem.

These are the best earbuds I have ever tried! I upgraded from the AirPods to the Pro and it was SO worth it. You put them in, turn on music or whatever you're listening to and then hear a sound of the noise cancellation kicking in and that's it...no more distractions! Best noise cancellation around and they fit and stay perfectly in my tiny ears!

Sound quality is good and so is the active noise cancellation. However, I had to return these because they would not stay in my ear no matter what size eartips I used. I picked up the Jabra Elite 75t’s and they fit way better and have better sound quality as well.

Very disappointed in these AirPods. The sound quality is very poor. During phone conversations, people say I sound muffled and as if I'm talking under water. The sound skips and the AirPods always fall out of my ear. I wish that I repurchased the first AirPods instead of these. I've been to Apple repair twice complaining and the same thing reoccurs. These are very expensive for the quality. I am very disappointed.
