I checked serial number online on the Apple website to see service warranty, but it was unavailable. Moreover, I called Apple customer service and they said it is not registered with us.

Works perfect. And fast when I picked them up. I strongly recommend, although some people might have dad issues I had none and would say to lean towards this item. The Audio is good and feels awesome. It's legit apple products.

Great sound; It's set for wireless charging but I had to really move the case around to get them to charge. Comes with a charging cable but it's the small usb end so it requires a special plugin which is a pain.

I purchased the AirPods on Cyber Monday as a Christmas gift for my son. The case stopped working, and it would not charge the AirPods. I contacted Sam's, and they graciously replaced the AirPods.

We opted for the Pro version because of the background noise suppression feature. My husband has already tried them on his motorcycle and riding mower, and he's commented several times on how well they work.

They are great. I use them to connect with my PC for work. After some minor troubleshooting the initial Bluetooth connection, they find one another instantly each time. They also stay in my ears well which I was concerned about.

Love these AirPods. Downfall is if you have several apple devices, the AirPods will try to connect to those devices even while listening on your device. Very frustrating.

The left AirPod will not stay charged for more than a few minutes. We have checked for solutions on the internet and have tried to fix it but it doesn't help. We will be returning them!

After less than a month one of them decided it no longer wants to charge, so I gave them a 1 star. However sams club gets a 5 for exchanging them with a new set.

These are the best earphones I've ever had and I've only had them for a couple days, you can't even tell they're in your ears and no cord, that's the best.
