I have been using it for 3 months now... It keeps disconnecting Specially during calls. Sometimes there is no way to fix the issue either. All you can do it wait till it fixes itself and then disconnects again after a couple of minutes.

I returned after a couple days. I was concerned they would fall out and be lost. Bluetoothed to a IPOD and it worked. Unable to Bluetooth to Iphone !1.

They were a gift to my son-in-law, he really loved them. Canceled out noise, and were easy to setup, and use. Only complaint didnt have plug to charge.

Item fit perfectly in ear but when assigning sir to just one ear most of the time it wouldnt work or it would default back to noise cancellation was told when I returned product that was one the reason a lot of people were returning them also

Love the noise cancellation along with the transparency mode. Also the removable tips are a must. The come with the medium ones on but once I put the small tips on it it was so much more comfortable.
