I had this bar mid morning because I knew my lunch would be really late, it definitely satisfied my hunger and kept me from being hungry until I could get lunch. I really enjoy the coating on the outside of the bar. Will definitely be trying the other flavors.

Ate for a late night snack &couldn't just have 1 I had to eat 2 that's how good they are cant wait to get more flavors. Its definitely my grab & go snack for sure . It’s convenient to carry in a purse and have handy when craving something sweet. Would love to try a few of the other flavors too.

They are filling and the calorie amount is great. I will be buying these in the future and make sure I have them on hand when I want a snack or to carry me when I am out and don't want to stop at a fast food restaurant. Great Product.

I also love how the white coating is so smooth tasting! I will be purchasing some more soon and im so excited to try the other different flavor special K protein meal bars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were fairly good in terms of a protein bar but a little too sweet for my taste. Also left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. I'd be game to try another flavour, but I've not seen anything but strawberry near me unfortunately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My store had the blueberry and starberry versions. I love Special K red berries so I went with this one. The flavor was okay. The outside coating is that almost waxy feeling frosting substance that you find on many bars. I am not personally a fan of that so this wasn't for me. Also the strawberry taste was artificial, which I guess can be expected in a protein bar. Several of my friends that I shared them with did enjoy the bar.

I say they are worth the buy for someone looking into purchasing a box. I'm gonna try a couple more flavors as well!
