I’ve tried other protein bars that I just couldn’t enjoy because of the texture but these weren’t like that. You could really taste the peanut butter and the chocolate coating was delicious. They contain 12g of protein and are a good source of fiber as well. I felt full after consuming one of these and my sweeting craving was satisfied. Now I can’t wait to try the strawberry flavor.

I like that each bar has 12 g of protein and only 190 calories. I like eating them between breakfast and lunch to keep me full at work until lunch time. I like that these peanut butter ones keep my craving down as well. They have enough chocolate and peanut butter for me that I feel set all day.

I've been buying the chocolate peanut butter bars for several years now as a meal replacement. During the week, I don't have much appetite for breakfast. These are perfect to grab and go. By the time my first break rolls around, I can eat a bar with a cup of tea, and this tides me over until lunch. I also like the double chocolate. My only suggestion is a new flavor: Cinnamon Roll.

They are a great breakfast item or a mid-day snack. They are definitely filling and the strawberry flavor was spot on. I love that they are a good source of vitamin D. I love to keep a bar in my purse or car for those on the go moments when a drive thru seems appealing. The flavor is subtle, and a little chalky but not like other bars can be overwhelming.

The Macros and calories are better than my current protien bar but this one just didn't cut it for me. It has the chalky old school protein bar taste. I tried to eat more to see if it got better but I couldn't even eat half. Sorry Specail K, let me know if the recipe inproves and I'd love to try again.
