[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Strawberry and it tasted so yummy. I love that it has 12 grams of protein. The consistency was perfect and one bar will fill you up. I will continue to buy these bars. The next bar I try will be the chocalatey chip. I can’t wait!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With my teaching job, I often do not have time to eat breakfast. This week I tried the Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bars in place of breakfast. Not only was the chocolate peanut butter flavor delicious, but it felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast! It was easy and convenient to eat one between cl:) and they left me satisfied until lunch time. I will definitely keep them stashed in my desk for those mornings I am rushed and need something to get me though the morning. I am anxious to try some of the other flavors like the chocolate caramel but I really loved the chocolate peanut butter and would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pretty tasty protein packed bar for 180 calories. You can definitely taste the strawberry flavor. I'm not sure if they were going for a white chocolate or a yogurt coating on the outside. I also don't know that it's needed. The bar had a nice chewiness and felt like I was eating a more filling version of a strawberry toaster pastry. I think the Chocolate Peanut Butter bars will be the next on my list to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just say that these are the best protein bars I have ever tried. They blow away its competition on the basis of taste! Imagine eating a yummy candy bar, without being guilty of short-changing yourself on nutrition. I compared the nutritional content of this product with that of two products in the same category produced by other manufacturers. This product rated last of the three, in that respect. (The other two candidates, while also resembling candy bars, were relative duds in my taste test). I'm not saying that a steady diet of these would be a healthy/appropriate diet for anyone but moderation is a wonderful thing & so are these bars, My whole family loves them and will be purchasing them in the near future.

The bars are tasty and are a good meal replacement or even just a snack. They gave me the energy I needed to recharge after my workout. These bars are also a good quick grab and go breakfast choice that can be eaten while on the go. I am so excited to try all the other flavors!

And after not having lunch, I ate one of these to satisfy my hunger and it certainly did. It was not like most snacks where I still feel hungry afterwards. High in protein but would prefer calories to be a bit lower. Recommend to others.

They have 12 g of proteins and if you count carbs you might want to stay away from these as if they have 21 g of total carbs. Overall good for those who don't get enough protein or looking to add protein like myself.
