[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try Kellog's Special K Strawberry Protein bar. These proteins bar are excellent tasting. They do not have the grit that some other protein bars have. It does taste like strawberries! The texture is great and you can see the pieces of strawberry inside. The coating on the outside just adds that little extra. It's great that the bar is packed with vitamins, protein and fiber. I am glad I got these and I recommend Kellog's Special K Protein bars.

I enjoyed the natural tasting strawberry flavor and the white chocolate coating that gives it a chewy texture. I did have a hard time finding the product on the grocery shelf. I had to visit three different stores before I found the 12 gram protein bars.

Very filling and great for work break when u are in a hurry but need to stay full for awhile. Would buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tried the Kellogg's protein bars. I picked the strawberry to try first. Overall texture was good. I could not taste any strawberry. The bars did help satisfy my hunger. My friends and family also tried these strawberry bars. I do believe they will be a good snack for my teenage grandchildren during their sporting events. I am going to go back and get the chocolate caramel bars and try them.

It did not necessarily curb my appetite but if I missed a meal it would be easily kept in my desk, bag, office, etc to get some protein and energy! All of the flavors sound just as good, which one to try next ??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised by the deep chocolate and peanut butter flavor. The bar is a meal in itself. Very filling and you aren't weighed down, but you feel like your rewarded yourself with a yummy treat. A great bar for on the go when you know you will miss a meal, but don't want to eat something bad for yourself. Look forward to trying other flavors.

It did satisfy my hunger, but it definitely could do better. The one thing I didnt care for regarding this meal bar was how hard it was. I felt like I was going to chip a tooth with the first bite and then you have to chew it up really good before you swallow. My suggestion would be to make a softer bar. I will probably try the Brownie Batter Bar next if my store gets it in stock.

The bar was satisfying and filling. The texture is nice, not hard or difficult to chew, like some protein bars. The nutrition facts were fantastic, with only 6g fat, single digit sugars, and double digit protein. This was a requirement from a nutritionist I have visited in the past... single digit sugars, double digit protein. These bars are a nice change from typical protein bars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sampled the Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bars 12g protein 9g fiber 180 calories. I got this free to try in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried the Strawberry ones. What a delicious way to have something healthier to grab at anytime, especially when you are on the go. Just pop one in my purse and I'm always prepared. There is no chalky taste. They are a bit chewy with a slight crunch with pops of Strawberry pieces all wrapped I'm a creamy white coating. I love them! I need to try all the other flavors in the 12g bars family.
