Awful! I really can’t eat these. They taste like cardboard.

Look carefully at the ingredients. Soy lecithin, fructose, sorbitol. If you have any gastric issues don’t buy these

It was good to know that the protein bar provided 12 g of protein, especially with growing teens. I would like to try the chocolate caramel flavored one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed eating this Special K Strawberry breakfast bar. The bar had good crunch, great flavors, and I liked the texture of it. It’s a protein bar, but unlike other protein bars, it doesn’t have that cardboard taste! Very surprised at that! I had one of these with a banana for my meal and I was full for 4 hours. I would recommend this brand of protein bar over any other I’ve tried.

Kellogg’s offers a variety of flavors, which I like and the bars are moist and flavorful, not dry and tasteless like some protein bars. The only drawback is they are smaller than the average protein bar however they are less expensive than most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My store had the blueberry and starberry versions. I love Special K red berries so I went with this one. The flavor was okay. The outside coating is that almost waxy feeling frosting substance that you find on many bars. I am not personally a fan of that so this wasn't for me. Also the strawberry taste was artificial, which I guess can be expected in a protein bar. Several of my friends that I shared them with did enjoy the bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kellogg’s Special K Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Meal Bars were so yummy. The chocolate and peanut butter taste went great together. And more importantly these were not too dry. I’ve tried many protein bars that are dry and crumbly and I don’t like them. This is a great protein bar to have as a sweet snack.

Count,coming in at 12 grams, the meal bar left me hungry before my lunch was over. Convent to grab as a snack, taste is not too sweet. The texture was hard on my teeth and had to eat it Slowly.
