This bar actually has bits of strawberry which makes it more flavorful. I grab the Special K protein bar for breakfast and stayed with throughout the morning! I can't wait to try the Special K Brownie Batter Protein Meal Bar!

I also like that the chocolate stays put and doesn’t flake all over you like some chocolate dipped bars do. I like how much protein is packed in these bars- 12 grams in under 200 calories! I like that these bars have a crispy light texture, which is so much better than gnawing through solid protein bars. I use these for breakfast on the go before work and in the afternoon as a post-workout snack. I really wanted to try the blueberry flavor since I feel like that is a “healthier” breakfast option, but I could not find it anywhere near me! Hopefully it will be carried soon because I really like the blueberry Special K cereal!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Kellogg's Special K bars are an easy and quick snack when you are on the go, low on time at home, or looking for something to eat between meals. This Strawberry flavor has a distinct berry-Strawberry flavor inside with a yogurty-vanilla coating. The coating is very sweet. This almost feels like a sweet treat. You don't really taste any protein that you may sometimes with other protein bars. The only downside is that some of the ingredients are not not ones that are known and those from different sources of sugar. The bar itself did satisfy hunger and the craving for something sweet and crunchy. I did try the same bar in the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor which actually was more favorable to me.

These are perfect for any time, a snack or to get you through until the next meal!! They are very satisfying! Not when it is made by Special K, has only 12g of sugar per bar, AND has 12g of protein! This is a good, not too sweet, deliciously peanut buttery, and chocolatey treat! It is my new favorite snack! WOW Special K! I am soooooooo thankful for these Special K protein bars!!!

I had one as a lunch on the go and it kept me full and satiated until dinnertime! It is a protein bar, so it has that gritty taste, but the strawberry flavor muted that out. It is a tad on the sweet side, but otherwise pretty good meal replacement bar!
