[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was too busy for lunch the other day, so I grabbed a Strawberry Protein Meal Bar when I started to feel hungry. It was so good and filling! I was satisfied until dinner time. It tasted just as I remembered Special K strawberry cereal tasting, which was always my favorite as a kid. I can’t wait to try the Blueberry flavor next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a confession to make. The grocery store was all out of the 12 grams protein meal bars so I got the 8 gram protein snack bars instead. I have never tried any of the Special K protein bars so this was going to be a treat for me anyway. I bought the Caramel Pretzel Cashew flavor. I'm not usually a sweet and salty together kind of girl but I figured I love Caramel, I love pretzels and I love cashews. So I was excited to give them a try. I expected them to be crunchy. They weren't crunchy or soft. They were in between. Great texture. Amazing flavor. I surprised myself. I never thought I would like sweet and salty together but I absolutely do. Well, I love this one anyway. So because of my wonderful experience with the snack bars, I will definitely be getting the meal bars as soon as they are available. The first flavor I want to try is the Chocolate Peanut Butter. And I will go down the list of all six flavors because I love protein bars in general and these are some of the best I have ever had. It satisfied my belly until supper time so I didn't have the "grouchies". I highly recommend Special K protein bars. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Special K Strawberry Meal Bar and really liked the taste of them. I didn't find them to be chalky,or leave any type of aftertaste. It has just enough crunch to it,and really filled me up. I preferred to eat mine as My breakfast,and I wouldn't be hungry til almost dinner time,but im not the type of person who eats a whole lot. I will keep eating these, and next time I think I want to try the Brownie Batter flavored Bars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how well these actually tasted. They didn't taste like your normal protein bar, you know that chalky taste. The chocolate is really good and the peanut butter creamy. I felt like I was being bad and eating junk food. That's how good these are. I will be buying more of these, that's for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried these Kellogg's Special K protein meal bars. The outside is chocolatey and the inside has the peanut butter. It seems to be a rice cereal, protein and pb inside. The protein taste is a little more forward than I like and the inside seemed really simple. I would like some other texture like peanut pieces. Overall it's ok, price is reasonable and a great amount of protein.

These bars contain a good amount of protein as well as fiber, so they can fill you up and give energy. My husband eats one every morning in place of cooking breakfast. I found the bars to be tasty and satisfying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall flavor but it does have a bit of a protein bar texture/grittiness. That’s not uncommon with protein meal bars so I think most people would expect that. But it is not like the normal special K bars in that regard. I did eat one for dinner last night and it was enough and kept me full and I was not craving something else to eat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry bars are my fave so far. They are perfect for on the go quick snack or morning meal. They are sweet but not overpowering and the protein keeps me going throughout the mornings. Can't wait to try the blueberry and chocolate next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never honestly never used to like Special K anything, but these bars are good. They taste great and are what I call do-able nutrition. Of course these don't taste as great as the cereal bars, but they’re way better than most protein bars. Helps to keep me semi-full until lunch or supper time. I highly recommend these if you like strawberries, you will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Strawberry protein is the only one I have tried so far, I do love the flavor, as does my son. Yes, I let him try one as he was eyeing them. I love that they are 12 g of protein, with magnesium, calcium and vitamin D. Little more sugar than I prefer, also sodium, I try to stay away from that also. Flavor is really good, I take them to work with me, want to try other flavors but my store didn't have a big selection at the time, I will for sure buy these and recommend them to friends and co-workers.
