They are soft and chewy and the strawberry flavor has a wonderful taste. They are definitely filling and they are healthy for you. I highly recommend this product and I am super excited to try the chocolate flavor the next time I purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed eating this Special K Strawberry breakfast bar. The bar had good crunch, great flavors, and I liked the texture of it. It’s a protein bar, but unlike other protein bars, it doesn’t have that cardboard taste! Very surprised at that! I had one of these with a banana for my meal and I was full for 4 hours. I would recommend this brand of protein bar over any other I’ve tried.

I did not encounter any half or whole peanuts at all! For some reason I thought there would be nuts in this. I loved the strawberry taste! I would like to try the chocolate bars next. Good snack for a diabetic in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't care for the flavor or texture of the strawberry bars. I should have tried a different flavor maybe? The bars were extremely dry. After a few chews they would crumble up into dry pieces. The only thing I liked about these bars was that they supposedly have a decent amount of protein in them, which I need.

I've been eating a bar each morning for years and loved them. Not too sweet, just right size. I just replenished my bars and was so disappointed to find they have changed. The peanut butter has been replaced by peanuts and they are sweeter. Now I have to find a new breakfast bar.
