Easy to carry single packs perfect for someone like me who is always on the go and no time to make breakfast. I also took them to work with me and it got me thru those mid afternoon cravings, also was a great treat after my gym work out as well. I love the flavor, creamy yogurt coating , soft and chewy with bits of yummy strawberry in every bite. Both my beau and I really love strawberries so having a protein bar that featured this flavor made us really want to love these bars. Unfortunately, they are terrible. They taste weird and strong in a very unpleasant way. We both only ate one of them, and it was difficult to force it down. I will not be seeking out other flavors of this bar.

Eventually I will have to try all of the flavors in these. Because I don’t want to ever not have these in pantry. Such a good variety of flavors. I would definitely recommend these to others to try.

I count calories everyday and this is a nice, easy addition to my daily routine. Specially during the work week. Flavor is not overly sweet either. Will definitely continue buying.

I really like the texture of chewing these bars. It tasted almost like a dessert it was so scrumptious. I had such a great experience with these I think I’d like to try to new chocolate caramel next! Please buy these as you won’t regret it!

The bar was rich and chewy, and reminded us of a cross between a Carnation meal bar and a Whatchamacallit candy bar. With 12 grams of protein per bar, we would definitely buy these again. Hopefully I can try the Strawberry next time too!

I love how convenient it is for those times when life has me on the go. They’re individually wrapped so I can just toss one in my purse. I don’t always have time to eat so these are the perfect solution. With 12 grams of protein it really curbed my appetite until dinner. The texture is crunchy and chewy. The filling has bits of strawberry covered cranberries. The outside is covered in a creamy layer of yogurt. Together all the ingredients make a delicious, flavorful, mouth watering bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Special K Strawberry Protein Meal bars. These protein bars not only taste great, but they also have a great texture. Not the dense, weird, chewy texture of some Protein bars. I love the Strawberry flavor and the little fruit bits throughout the bar, which apparently are cranberries according to the ingredient list, another plus.The coating reminds me of a Strawberry flavored yogurt coating so yummy and for only 180 calories it feels rather indulgent, sort of like a grown up crispy treat. Yeah, I definitely reccomend trying these.
