Excellent tv for the price!

I absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is stunning — vibrant colors, deep blacks, and crisp detail that makes movies and shows feel lifelike. The sound is rich and clear, even without external speakers. Setup was a breeze, and the smart features are fast and easy to use. Streaming apps run smoothly, and switching between inputs is quick. This TV exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend! My only complaint is not with the TV, but with Sam's Club. The TV is supposed to come with a "member value" 3 year manufacturer warranty, but when I registered it on TCL's website, the warranty is only for 1 year and 90 days. I talked to 3 different employees at my local Sam's Club about the 3 year warranty, but none of them knew what I was talking about, even though I pointed out various tvs on display the showed 3-5 year warranties on the boxes, depending on the brand and price of each model. And no, it's not through Allstate, but as stated earlier, the manufacturer's warranty. Very disappointing that no one was knowledgeable about the warranty. I may return the tv and purchase it elsewhere.

VERY happy, exceptional quality and sound!!

This TV is AMAZING!!! The picture is magnificent, the set up was easy and it is easy to navigate. The speakers are another real PLUS! I am so happy with this purchase! I did some homework on it for what you get and the price you pay it was a steal! I am exceptionally happy so far (I have had it up and running for almost a week). Serious technology for a budget! TCL is coming up against some big name products, kicking butt!!

Apologies

I bought this model three days ago and gave it a bad write up because the soundbar was not working correctly with the TV. As it turns out the problem was with the Roku stick I installed. After long searching Google I found that there can be an issue with the CEC interface between the Roku stick and the HDMI port. A CEC HDMI adapter may be needed between the stick and HDMI port. The TV sends audio to the soundbar correctly as long as the Roku stick is not installed on the TV. The Roku stick can be used as long as you only use the internal speakers. I will buy the CEC adapter and try it to resolve this issue. MY APOLOGIES TO TCL FOR DOWNGRADING THEIR PRODUCT. YES, I would buy again.

Disappointed in service

Great picture. But absolutely no help in trying to figure out how to operate this TV. Little pamphlet included only has three pages of information which is basically worthless. also bought 250 inch TCL TVs, but may return them if there’s no help and how to operate it.
