I've had several UHD TVs and I have to say the picture is extraordinary. I thought the pictures on the other TV's I've had were good but this is way better. I have it in a sun room and the light room is not a problem. It was easy to set up. Already having a Google account and Google home made it easier. The sound is fairly good but I don't really expect a TV to have great sound unless it comes with a sound bar.

overall this is a great TV for the price I had an only at 720p TV before this so this was a method upgrade I understand this is the budget value category but for what you get in this top notch the 4K is great and works with all the streaming apps and gaming that I use.

Brilliant picture, the images jump off the screen. Mini-LED backlighting provides some great contrast and color and bright lights and sunlight doesn't faze it.

TV arrived intact, but I felt TCL should provide more foam packing in front and back of the TV. This item is in my living room /kitchen, so I only watch while I'm cooking. It's wall mounted in a bright room during day and I didn't have to calibrate it much. There is some lagging in between the Google screen for selection of shows or apps. I listen to Spotify too while cooking so the quality was good enough for me, but others might want a sound bar for bass or games. Glad I waited to week before Thanksgiving when price dropped to $398.00 for 55 inch. I did purchase insurance since this brand is new to me.

TV is a great pair with my Xbox Series X, and PS5. 4K with 120hz, and decent HDR, sign me up, especially since I paid $500. Much better than my 7yo TV I replaced in terms of clarity, HDR, etc. I haven't listened to the speakers once as I use a sound bar. Well worth the money, especially on sale.

I was looking for a good gaming TV and a good value, and after reading reviews online, I decided to get it. So far, it hasn't disappointed. The graphics on the game look really good, and also the movies. The sound is pretty good, too, so yeah, it's a good TV.

Great value compared to Hisense U7Qg. I feel it did well in comparison for the $448 price paid over holiday 2025. The QM6K does have good blacks and even showed some more details in the blacks than the U7 which sometimes crushes blacks and blows out whites. This means the TCL QM6K was more natural in color reproduction even side by side with U7QG. The flaws were minor and only noticed with the side by side comparison. 1. The sound is not as full as the U7UG. 2. Not as bright as the U7 3. Not as many 2.1 HDMI 4. At times the menu screens seemed to lag and in only a short time I it somehow went into store demo mode which I do not know how or why. 5. In comparison the remote is light weigh and not as substial as the U7 At the time, The U7 was only $50 more(on sale) so I decided to go with the U7QG. For the price the TCL QM6K is great and was SO close to the next level tier. I only whish the QM7K was closer in price to te Hisense U7 because I think TCL would beat Hisense

We like the picture - clear and crisp. Installation was easy. We chose to use a soundbar rather than the tv sound to give the sound more depth. We easily set up our streaming apps. We found the exact television in other sites at a substantially higher price. We feel we got good value for our money.

The picture is great except when it stutters when it's processing or could be the apps with live tv and recording. I think it doesn't like it when you restrict privacy controls and permissions, but it then triggers errors. I couldn't display the current refresh rate and motion blur during the game, so I don't know if I had the best setting for it . There should be simple and advanced controls. The sound points out the rear, so I definitely recommend a sound system. The front end of just the visuals is great. The issues I experienced were in the back end. The "Smart AI" part and my personal data collection are where I have the most concerns about the HDTV. I bought this one for the upgraded refresh rate but have not been able to test it. This is my first TCL and 4K UHD, and I hope it lasts a long time.

Defective returned same day purchased. Sam’s was fine with the return but wouldn’t get me a replacement. Which was disappointing because really wanted that TV.
