It’s states “lightly salted,” and they are not kidding! I’ve had others where it claims lightly but it is bathed in salt. So I appreciate that you get what it advertises. The only complaint that drew me away a bit was that they are a bit oily for me. They will overlook that just because they are such a great taste.

I am trying to cut back on salt and these almonds were the perfect option with the right amount of salt, they are fresh and crunchy, good tasting and even work with salads. If you prefer salty snacks these wouldn't work for you, but they definitely were what I needed.
