I pan sear with it, I use it for marinades, and I use it for dipping. It's very smooth flavor makes everything taste fantastic. And it's healthier than vegetable or canola oil. I mostly use it to sauteing foods. I sprinkle a little bit of it in my pan to lightly fry things like chicken or beef. I also do a lot in my air fryer and use a touch of this oil on things like potatoes I am roasting. This is a very mild flavor, you don't notice it much at all. I always use olive oil vs any other kinds as I feel it has more benefits for me. I just got this bottle and it is almost gone! This is a smooth oil, you can just tell when you pour it out that it's a great quality.
