I would recommend this olive oil. It was a great value with a single source country listed on the container. Glass is preferred, but the dark container helps keep the oil better longer. I transferred to glass when I got home.

I love this brand of olive oil. And it’s one of the verified brands that have tested positive for true olive oil.

I love the pour spout on this bottle. I really didn't think I was going to like it. However, I actually love because I have much more control over the amount of oil I use. As always the Pompeian olive oil flavor is delicious. I use it for everything. It's the only oil I use.

I use this amazing extra virgin olive oil when I cook a light tasting fish filet, Swai frozen fish filet, (that I also purchase from Walmart). I Pour a generous portion of this amazing oil in my flat pan and I use the Idahoan powdered potatoes, (I also purchase this from Walmart), and sprinkle over the first side of my filet and also sprinkle in the pan laying my first filet carefully on top of the sprinkled potatoes. As the bottom is cooking I brush the top of my filet with this amazing oil and continue to pour additional Walmart Idahoan potato on the top of my filet. Continue to watch your bottom to make sure it does not burn, cover after you sprinkle the top with the Idahoan potato and check the bottom. Flip when the bottom starts to brown, you may need to add some more of this amazing oil, before you flip your fish. Enjoy and never turn the heat up too high

This is the only olive oil I use. The price and taste meet my expectations. As I grew older I changed my diet. Now I eat a lot of salad and use Good Seasons Italian made with this olive oil (as opposed to vegetable oil) mixed with either apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar. I go through a lot of olive oil now so have to find something that's reasonably priced.

The Pompeian Smooth Olive Oil is great in all kinds of cooking! Not to mention extremely healthy to consume. Even with scrambled eggs and homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. We also use it on the seals of our food containers to keep them from being sealed so tight. Has great color and does not leave any after taste. We have been using this brand for years and love it! ❤️❤️😊

The sweater should have said it ran small the sleeves long enough. Body of sweatertwas way too slim. The front gaped where buttoned it.it just wasn’t a true large. And large is what I wear. I love this new bottle. It’s easy to drizzling on appetizers I cook in air-fryer. I have a share! I was addicted to nasal spray for 40 yrs. Last yr my daughter to start using extra virgin olive oil for occasional constipation. I did Also all my cooking. I also take 1 oz before bedtime. Before I knew it I didn’t have to use any nasal spray to breathe all day or night. Also it’s great for inflammation from arthritis also. I mix in a little turmeric and ginger with olive oil in a pretty jar that is ready to pour into a tiny glass. So it’s all ready to take every night.

This is the EVOO I use when making cast iron pizzas, both in the dough and in the pan. It's a splurge product because it's perfection for what it gives to that pizza. It's very smooth, flavorful, without a hint of bitterness. You can taste the olives but not in an overwhelming way. I don't use it in general cooking only because I prefer the light version for that, not the extra virgin. There are some pretty snooty brands of EVOO out there, even more expensive. But in a recent ATK comparison of supermarket EVOOs by the chefs, I was happy to see this particular one placed in the top five. "Mild, Lighter, brighter, fresh taste, grassy, summery. The strong aroma belies the mildness of it. "

It might just be me but I keep overshooting the pan and the oil ends up partially landing on the stove or countertop. There isn't a gradual increase in the release of the oil, it's full force or nothing. I do appreciate that the outside of the bottle doesn't get drips of oil, but I didn't think I'm going to purchase this again.
