[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite olive oil I use for cooking. There's no strong bitter taste so it doesn't alter the taste of my food. I use this olive oil when I'm cooking vegetables in a skillet or marinating chicken or pork. I also use it in pasta salads instead of vegetable oil for a healthier alternative. It is a good quality olive oil that makes my food taste great.

The Fed Ex man delivered it today ( love those guys ) & just in time , I was almost out of olive oil . Used it for a stir fry of vegetables & tofu - glad I ordered this brand . my food tasted delicious . Nice, even cooking . And I have to give credit to the packaging people for a job well done . The bottle was securely taped & placed in a zip lock bag & then put in a box. T I'm happy with my purchase :-D

This is just terrible. I made salad dressing with basic ingredients, even just adding organic apple cider vinegar and something tasted bitter. So, tried the olive oil on its own and yep, its this Pompein. Not smooth it goes down VERY bitter. Bad batch? Fake Olive Oil (that's a whole other can of worms) or the plastic bottle with faulty screw top? I will NEVER buy this brand again

This olive oil subsitute is for salad. I ordered he olive oil kind for FRYING OR BAKING.
