I used it for sauteing, stir fry, sprinkle on breads and it enhances the taste of the food. Pasta cooked in Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive oil was super delicious than cooked in regular cooking oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never disappointed by Pompeian olive oil. Their "SMOOTH" version is great for pan sautéing with use of medium to high heat. Doesn't burn easy. I also use a little to coat my cast iron skillet after rinsing due to the mild taste and doesn't leave it sticky.

It's been great in my cooked dishes, as well as in my salads as a dressing - I like to add EVOO + salt to salad. Simple combo with GREAT big flavor!

I pan sear with it, I use it for marinades, and I use it for dipping. It's very smooth flavor makes everything taste fantastic. And it's healthier than vegetable or canola oil. I would highly recommend the brand to anyone. This was my moms go to brand as long as I can remember. You can't go wrong with Pompeian brand of anything.

The light taste doesn't overpower the flavors of your dishes so you can taste your ingredients. I also use this in my salad dressing. We love this olive oil from a trusted brand.

The most bitter tasting olice oil I hVE EVER tasted in my 63 years of life. I can't imagine putting an oil and vinigar salad together using that stuff. Will return promptly, this very small bottle and a price reflecting a higher quality product. Very disappointed, as in the same delivery I received caffine free Diet Cokes.. I always order regular Diet Coke, and I did today as well. Will be sending 5 2-liters today back to Walmart to get those corrected; alonog with several substidutions I was not happy with. Oh, I had a bag burst, it was frozen blueberries. It is nearly impossible to us a knife to open it properly, I can't imanigen
