I am a professional caterer and purchased this machine to make mini brandy freezes for clients' holiday parties. Tried it out the other day for a gift exchange party for a group of 25. Brandy Freeze Recipe (makes about 25 minis) 1 qt very soft/melted vanilla ice cream 1 c brandy 1 c creme de cacao 1 c ice cubes IMPORTANT: PRE-BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS IN A REGULAR BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH. (The Slushi will not crush ice.) Store the mix on ice or refrigerate until ready to use. Set up machine as instructed, pour mix into Slushi, turn power on and hit "slush assist". after 1/2 hr, mixture will be frozen and ready to drink. With machine running, dispense into shot glasses or small wine glasses. Garnish with optional festive paper straws (cut to size) and a mandatory grating of fresh nutmeg.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and boy am I glad I did. No more slushie runs necessary as they are all in house. We have used kool aid , juices and sodas and they turn out perfectly. My SIL is the slushie master so he usually makes every night. He hasn’t been feeling well so we have had none for the past 2 nights and we are all going through withdrawal. It’s quite costly but I got it at a fabulous sale price before Black Friday and let me tell you it’s worth every penny and makes more than adequate amounts for a family of six. My daughter says it’s the best gift ever!

I've had the Ninja Slushi Max for a few weeks now. I love it! It's so much faster than the original Ninja Slushi. I also like that it holds more liquid. The slushie assist makes the perfect slushie without the unit stopping. The original Ninja Slushi was good, but the Ninja Slushi Max is great!

I have the original Ninja slushi and I just received the new one. I used them both at same time with exact same ingredients. I will say that the new Binja Nax performed much better when slushing alcohol and was much faster. I did not have to dilute the alcohol and was able to get a sorbet type consistency

I took advantage of the Halloween sale, and I'm glad I did, the Ninja Slushie Max is a must have for people who like myself loves slushies. The ability to make any flavor you want instead of going to a store and getting what they have available. The slushie max is bigger, faster, and colder than the Ninja Slushie Professional. What are you waiting for go order it.

First off, major upgrade from the original version! The first ninja slushi walked, so this max could run! Definitely 2x faster, better consistent as far as like freezing! Like when you take an almost frozen water bottle out the freezer, open it and It freezes instantly. That consistency! It’s a little louder, but idc lol. Only used the slush assist and spiked slushi, so far so good! Easier to clean cause there’s no crevices or hidden spots like pulp can squeeze into! Party friendly, little heavier than the original but that’s expected! The higher percent to freeze alcohol is a game changer. I poured lots of tequila and xxl wine and it still froze! Very satisfied with the purchase. Kind of scared to see what’s next! Ninja slushi pro max plus? lol

My parents have this and it is AMAZING. We have used it quite a few times and the fluffy smooth slushes it makes are incredible. Perfect texture and consistency. We have made lots of margaritas and they are better than at the restaurants. Everyone who tries them is amazed. It could not be easier to use. You just pour in the ingredients per the recipes and it is frozen within 30 minutes. It is also so easy to clean. Worth the investment and will definitely be the star of the show at your next party!

We have had the machine for a few weeks now and we have made several different milkshakes, slushies, etc. the machine works as intended. The recipes is what makes certain milkshakes have better consistency. The only down side to the machine is the price point. If the machine was a more reasonable price it would be ranked higher. In the future I will wait to buy ninja products until the price comes down.

I really wanted to like the Ninja Slushie 150oz, but it’s been a major letdown. The biggest problem is the motor — it overheats constantly. After just a few minutes of use, the unit gets hot, slows down, and eventually shuts itself off. I can’t get through a single batch without waiting for it to cool down, which completely defeats the purpose of having a slushie machine this size. For something advertised as a high-capacity, high-performance device, it simply doesn’t hold up. Until the manufacturer addresses the overheating issue, I can’t recommend this product to anyone.

Purchased just a couple weeks ago, and have only had a chance to use once. But we found that setup was very easy, instructions also very easy to follow, and the results were great. We used a slushie concentrate and the slushie assist mode, and it worked perfectly - roughly 15minutes from start to ready. The kids love it, and we anticipate quite a bit of use every time the family gets together. Clean up was also very easy.
