Hello there, we're sorry to hear the SLUSHi didn't meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when you're unable to achieve the frozen results you were hoping for, especially after spending several hours trying. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the experience led to a return after just one use. Warm Regards, Ninja Kitchen

I absolutely love this machine! The slush assist is a game changer. Just hit the button and the machine knows what to do. It chills so quick too!

Best Slushy Machine on the Market!!!!!!

The Biggest Slushie Machine from Ninja and it’s great, fast and just simply a Machine that’s needed in every household. Plus it can detect all drinks on its own and blend them together without you measuring. I Love this machine….
