I like that the protein shake is an easy to open bottle with a twist on lid so if I don't finish it I can save it for later. Both drinks taste like iced coffees with protein. This is on the sweeter side so if you like those sweet coffee drinks these are a good alternative to get some protein. I added an extra shot of espresso in mine because I like the stronger coffee flavor.

It was cold from being refrigerated overnight and was actually delicious. It kept me from feeling hungry for approximately 4-5 hours. I felt it was worth the calories and cost. I chose to drink the Mocha flavor in the afternoon since I had not had lunch. I didn't care for the flavor of it near as much as the Caramel Macchiato. Even though it was cold from being refrigerated it just didn't suit my taste. I even tried putting it over ice, but still wasn't a flavor I'd want to drink again. I'm sure others might enjoy the taste, but I don't particularly prefer to have it again. Both flavors have a smooth feel in your mouth. I tried reading the labels to see if they were caffeinated, but didn't find that particular info listed.
