Most protein shakes tend to have a slightly chalky taste of an after taste, but that is not the case with these shakes. They have a smooth rich taste. The carmel macchiato flavor is my favorite of the two, but both are a delicious way to get some extra protein.

These are my absolute favorite drinks! I drink two a day, and don't feel bad about it AT ALL. The taste... Chef's kiss. The perfect balance of sweet and the perfect consistency. I lean more toward the caramel, but the mocha is still awesome. With protein thats not filtered, it's been hard for me to find one that isn't too thick or gritty. These are absolutely perfect. Plus, the caffeine in it is equivalent only to about one cup of coffee. That's great, and of course, the protein. How does it get better? These will be a staple for me. I drink a cup of coffee only if I'm craving something hot. These are my new go to, and the price is on point! Honestly, you can't go wrong with these.

Ingredients: it has 30 grams of protein and No added sugar. I think most people would consider this ideal. The list of minerals and vitamins are very nice. However the ingredients are not what I usually buy. I would prefer natural stuff, especially when it comes to sweetness. I’d rather have a bland drink than artificial sweetener. They also managed to out in a lot of stuff I usually avoid, like artificial flavors, carrageenans, and while I’m not opposed to seed oil, I’m not sure how they managed to add that in there or why. Taste: this is the best part of the product. This is probably the smoothest, silkiest protein shake I have ever had. To be fair I haven’t had many but there is no chalkiness or lumpiness. The aftertaste is just sugar. Sweet, sweet sugar. There’s not a lot of chemical taste but you can still taste a bit. The coffee flavor is assertive, I had the caramel macchiato and the mocha, one had a nice hint of chocolate and the other tasted a bit like caramel but mostly sugar. I would say it was pretty true to the flavor. Overall this was a tasty shake that delivers a lot of protein with not a lot of sugar, as well as other minerals and stuff. I am not sure I would buy it due to all the chemical additives, especially when there are so many organic and natural options on the market. The taste was very nice though and better than anything else I’ve had as far as being smooth and creamy, with no chalkiness. I am the type that would sacrifice taste for ingredients, but this would work for me, as a tasty treat once in awhile, and it keeps me full for hours.
