These protein drinks have an added benefit (or negative) of caffeine. The Mocha is good. Not really getting any coffee flavor. Mostly taste like a rich chocolate milk. I’m going to try it in my Ninga ice cream maker since who doesn’t love a frozen coffee in the summertime as a pick me up. The caramel macchiato on the other hand is very tasty. Pretty similar to a coffee house Frappuccino. Good balance of flavors without being artificial tasting. Great over ice as well.

The Premier Protein Coffeehouse protein shakes have 30g of protein as well as caffeine equal to one cup of coffee. They only have 1g of sugar and are 160 calories. I usually add a caramel PP protein shake to my cold brew every day, but on days when I am really running late this would be great as a grab and go option. The caramel machiato had a nice caramel/coffee flavor and i didn't notice any chalkiness. The mocha was really chocolatey, but did seem to have some chalkiness, but I am not a chocolate protein shake person.

These protein shakes are pretty good. I think that I am kind of picky when it comes to protein shakes/drinks because some of them leave a horrible after taste. This one does not. It does have a little aftertaste, but it’s not bad. I like mine super cold and I prefer the caramel over the chocolate.

It’s honestly just an easy grab when you don’t feel like making breakfast. It keeps you full and gives you a bit of a caffeine boost, which is nice. The taste is okay—kind of like a sweet iced coffee, but not exactly like real coffee. It might seem to be a little artificial, but it’s not bad once you get used to it. It’s not something you’d drink for the flavor alone, but it works well if you just want something quick and filling.

While I was not the biggest fan of these, I can see the appeal. I thought the Salted carmel was a bit much for my liking but if you have a sweet tooth this would be a good option. But they are tolerable for 30 grams protein in one serving, with low calories, sugars, etc.

What a nice Meal Replacement for Breakfast. High Protein and Low Carbs.. This Meal sticks with you with out your stomach grawling from hunger. With my type 2 Diabetes this has great taste and a Meal Replacement when you are on the go. Taste good and very chocolaty . What a great product to keep in your pantry for those days you dont have time to cook..

Both of these flavors were outstanding. The carmel macchiato was the favorite of the two but both were very good. Some protein drinks leave me with a funny after taste but these drinks did not leave much of that at all. The 30 grams of protein held hunger at bay for quite awhile. And the caffeine content was a welcome bonus.

The Premier Protein Coffee House line tastes amazing and would be an outstanding mix-in with coffee. It was extremely creamy which lends itself to a coffee additive rather than a straight drink, but everyone’s preferences differ. There is no artificial sweetener after taste. It is not chalky. It’s a great product.

I recently started drinking protein drinks. What I like best about the premier shakes is that there wasn't any added sugar in them. Which gives them bonus points for me. I really liked the Mocha shake. The flavor was not over powering so i was able to drink it straight from the bottle wothout adding other ingredients. The reason for the 4 stars other than 5 is that it would be nice if the packs came in all Mocha as an option. To me the Carmel was ok but not my favorite. I'm not big on sweets and the drink tasted a little sweet to me.

I am obsessed with the caramel macchiato flavor. This is such a better option than my normal go to Frappuccino. The mocha is really good too, tastes more like a chocolate shake than coffee based mocha. The caramel is just my preferred flavor because it is so good (for sweet drinkers).
