I bought this grill Dec 2024. Love it wasn't much to assemble I was cooking on it in less then a hour. Does everything you need. Bake,grill, low and slow with ease. holds temp easily and very well built probably the last grill you will ever purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] won my 18inch kamado grill,which is still setting in the living room,which i won from a bourbon maker.am a 68 yoa diabled old fart on ss . basically a microwaver,but would like to learn how to use the grill. being in south fla,it would be a great assist when power goes out due to hurricanes. no way to do photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 6 months ago. I'm enjoying the grill itself, but it is obvious the components are made in China with expected poor quality. The wheels literally fell apart within 4 months, and the grill cover is also literally falling apart within the same 4 months. The soapstone cracked immediately, and the slow roller is just a marketing gimmick. Running the grill with double indirect is far superior to the slow roller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 months ago I lived in an apartment and was only allowed a gas grill on my balcony. Life circumstances had forced me to part with my Webber kettle, I was ok with it though. I told myself soon I would live in a house again and I wanted a smoker anyway. I binge several YouTube chefs regularly and they all have that big green rival of Kamado Joe's...That's the one I thought I wanted. But, any kamado is an investment so I researched. I dove further down the YouTube rabbit hole, I consulted my friends, family, and several BBQ social media communities. What I found time and again, is that while no one was militantly dissatisfied with the Green, everyone that had both an egg and a Joe, seemed to like their Joe's better. The gasket is superior, it comes with a standard set of accessories that makes it easy for a first time owner, and what ultimately put me over the edge is Green's new CEO gutted their stellar warranty for 2024 screwing both their customers AND dealers in the process. This made Kamado Joe the far superior choice in my eyes. I'll be 37 in May, I'm just starting my BBQ journey and I have a lot to learn. I fully expect to leave my Big Joe III to my family for future generations to enjoy, it's that well built.

I've had this grill for a few years and having a family of 4 makes dinner time fun! The size of the grill allows me to set it up in many different configurations. When using half moon soapstone for example, its large enough to have all 4 burgers on getting smashed! If feeding larger group, I'm able to do a few pork shoulders or ribs at the same time. The Divide & Conquer rack is great for cooking things at different levels and temps. You get 3 different levels to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and it still looks and functions like brand new, it has lasted me longer than any other grill I have ever owned in my 73 years on this earth and little did I know that this could possibly be the only appliance that may be left to cook on if the worst case scenario happens.

Moving up to my Classic III was a total game changer in my smoking skill's. It's fun to experiment with all the types of different foods and how I can improve from my last cook. from Slo Roll, Do Joe, Spinning on a Rotisserie, Grilling and more !!!!!. it's amazing how your neighbors all just happen to be walking by to see what you have on the Kamato Joe that day ;). I just tell them if they want to watch and learn they need to BRING BEER.

Purchased a couple of months ago and averaged 4 to 5 cooks a week on it and it takes your cooking to another level of enjoyment and quality. I went from a Weber charcoal and never looked back, it has become an obsession and my family loves everything cooked on the Kamado Joe.

It have me plenty of time to learn all the different ways out can use it, and I'm still learning more today. Not only is it a superior cook, it literally does everything. The classic 3 also comes with every accessory you need right out of the box. Some other kamados, specifically those green with envy, nickel and dime you on everything. This comes with the three tier rack, heat deflectors, coal shaker basket, shelves, tools, a slow roller, literally everything. I've done a slow smoke at under 200 degrees, and done pizza and fast sears at over 700. It's amazingly versatile and very easy to use. The food coming off this grill tastes incredible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned one of the K7 Kamado ceramic grills for about 30 years. I purchased the Big Joe 3 with all the accessories and it has been a joy to use. Not only is it very fuel efficient, it maintains temp very well. The design distributes heat and smoke perfectly. I could not be happier. So much so, I've ordered a 2nd one for our cabin.
