I appreciate the flexible grilling/smoking and searing options I have with the KJ. I have had a Traeger Timberline for several years but I am now a KJ convert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started to experiment with a gas grill as a step up from a regular charcoal grill. I thought that this was a little expensive for a grill, but after grilling chicken, various meats, and a Thanksgiving turkey, I realized that it was worth it. I would never go back to using only gas or other grills entirely. Love the way the meat falls off the bones when cooking chicken or turkey, and how the meat is tender and juicy. If a grill could get a Michelin star, this would have at least 3.

I have the Slo-Roller, DoJoe, and Joetisserie as well as the cast iron and stainless steel half moon grates. The grill and accessories are all very well made, and I highly recommend these products.

The issue with the 18" one is that it's just ever so slightly short for feeding my whole family when they come over. This has made it possible and it's just great!

I love this grill and always recommend Kamado Joe to anyone I meet who is looking to upgrade their grilling experience.

Took me about 2 or 3 times using to really get the hang of it. It cooks so evenly and I've used it a couple times as a smoker and the meat was so tender and juicy. There are also so many helpful videos and recipies you can look up on YouTube. I highly recommend Kamado Joe's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally deciding between a classic and a big Joe. But decided I wanted a bigger area, for when we entertained. Then it was deciding between the Classic II and Classic III, I spent for the Classic III, because I wanted the 3 tier system and the slo roller. It ended being a good choice. Happy with my purchase, have made beer can chicken, pork butt, a couple of rack of ribs, and a brisket. All came out great. Really looking forward to my next accessory, JoeTisserie :)

I decided to give charcoal a try, and although there is a slight learning curve, I will never go back to propane. Additionally, the accessories that come standard with Big Joe III (and the others that can be purchased), make the entirety of the cooking experience a pleasure. I've never cooked so well.

I can use it for long and slow cooks, I can use it for extremely high sea and anything in between, also the charcoal flavor is amazing, and cannot be replaced with anything my truly most favorite go to workhorse!
