[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Kamado Joe Classic Series III for almost four years and am still excited to use it every time because of the results in the food I cook on it. I love the versatility and ability to smoke at 225 for 12 hours without refueling, grill/roast/rotisserie at 450, or cook a pizza at 700 all with the same grill. The grill is high quality and so are the accessories. I know it's charcoal, but don't let that get in your way. It is easy to light and easy to control. The flavor is like no other. My family loves dinner from the grill. I can't say enough good things about this product.

I bought the Big Joe lll in January 2020. What intrigued me the most was the addition of the SloRoller. The technology of the SloRoller was to distribute smoke and heat in recirculating waves resulting in enhanced smoke flavor. This new technology works as advertised. I had a previous ceramic grill/smoker and didn't feel the smoke flavor was as good as on my offset stick smoker. That is no longer the case. Also the new Big Joe lll requires very little assembly unlike many of the Kamado Joe competitors. Since purchasing the Big Joe Im haven't looked back and use it as may primary grill and smoker.

Unit came packaged well, easy to assemble (you will need a friend to help move) and easy to use. Heavy duty metal on all grates, charcoal basket and side shelves. Smoked and grilled food are really moist and the slow roller makes for a nice smoke to food.
