This mattress arrived in a box. It needed 2 people to carry it. It was wrapped in plastic. We opened it up on our slatted bedframe and let it sit for 2 nights to fully expand before using it. It is a medium firm hybrid mattress. It is definitely more firm than what I am used to. My husband loved the firmness of the mattress and had a great night of sleep. He said it was very supportive. It was a cooler night of sleep compared to sleeping on a memory foam mattress. With a hybrid you sleep on top of the mattress versus a memory foam where you sink in. With it being a 13 inch mattress you will need deep pocket sheets. I noticed that when I sat up in bed to read, that I didn't sink into the mattress and my back didn't hurt after reading for 30 minutes like it did with my old memory foam mattress. You can't really go wrong with this mattress and the ease of ordering from Sam's club and having it delivered.

On the softer side. I’m a pretty big guy so I need firmer beds. That being said it is comfortable. But if you’re a heavy or bigger person I would get something firmer. If you don’t need that then this bed is very comfortable. It was plenty firm for my wife who was half my size. Unlike other. Ed’s that we have had that took a while to gain its form this bed took its form almost immediately from packaging. It is also very thick so you probably won’t need a box spring if you have a base that supports it.

The is the highest mattress I ever had. The mattress measures slightly under 13” including the top white plush part. The medium softness is firm enough for great back support but also soft enough for comfort. It’s heavy but easy to manage with two people. It rolled open and inflated instantly. Member’s mark product is comparable to the top luxury brands but offers better value.

Comfortable and soft!! After sleeping on our new queen memory foam mattress, I can confidently say it's a game-changer. The 'bed in a box' arrived quickly and was easy to set up. We waited the recommended 48 hours for it to fully expand, and the minimal 'new mattress' smell disappeared within the first day. As a side sleeper , the contouring support is exactly what I needed. I wake up with no aches or pains. The motion isolation is incredible, too. The medium-firmness is exactly as advertised, a perfect blend of sinking in slightly while still feeling fully supported. Highly recommend !!

If I could rate this mattress 10/5 I would! This Member’s Mark Euro Top mattress truly lives up to its name and then some. It is way beyond comfortable. We originally obtained it for our son’s bed, but after laying on it “just to test it,” I’m seriously considering stealing it for myself. It honestly feels like staying at a luxury hotel and somehow getting to bring that bed home with you. The Euro top is perfectly plush without feeling too soft, offering that cloud-like comfort while still providing amazing support. You sink in just enough to relax, but not too much where it takes from the comfort.

I just opened and started sleeping on this mattress a couple nights ago. It was super easy, I found this mattress at my store and it came in a small enough box that I could just fit in my car to take home. Is folded in half and then rolled up. Once I got it all open it took a couple hours to fully re-shape and open up. This is a hybrid mattress so it has springs and plush memory foam on top. It’s maybe a little on the firmer side but I think it will get softer over time. Hard to tell if it will hold up over time but will maybe update this next year. Over not a bad mattress for the price!

The mattress is good quality. It feels like a luxurious hotel mattress. I like the three different foam layers, especially the cooling memory foam. The mattress is supposed to be medium support, but it may be too much of a soft to give the support I need. If you like a soft mattress, you will love this!

This is a very comfortable mattress. I have been sleeping on it for almost 2 weeks and it is perfect. It set up very quickly and isnt crazy heavy to move it around. It does jave some give but you dont sink forever in it either and has a nice bounce to it. I had a different mattress before and i would have hip pain as a side sleeper and i dont with this.

This is a two person job moving this box. As I found out, trying to get it up the stairs by yourself as a terrible idea. I wound up being crushed between the box and the wall and had to be rescued. Anyways, really comfortable once you get it set up and want to recover. Puffs up quickly!

I’m very happy with this queen size mattress. It’s comfortable, supportive, and provides a great balance between firmness and softness. I sleep much better now and wake up without the aches and pains I used to have. It fits perfectly on my frame and feels well-made and durable. Overall, it’s a great value for the quality and comfort it offers.
