My son was so excited when we got this new queen mattress delivered. He’d been in a twin lofted bed and was so excited to be at a normal height and have so much more room. He said it sleeps so well and is so comfortable. The mattress rolled out well and flattened and fluffed quickly. It did not have any odd odors either.

I definitely recommend the Member’s Mark 13" Eurotop Hybrid Mattress. I still can’t get over the fact that a whole queen mattress showed up in a box at my front door. Setup was just as easy as the box said, unpack, unroll, unwind. The mattress puffed up ery fast. The top is the perfect mix of firm and soft. The only negative was a strong smell at first, but it went away after a day and hasn’t been an issue since.

Excellent mattress! We got the medium feel and it really does hit that sweet spot for us. We opened it in our living room to let it air out before sleeping in it. It took a bit longer than the 24 hours it stated on the instructions; it closer to 3 days, but the smell is gone. It fit our queen bed frame perfectly, and all our queen sheets fit it right as well. I love the euro top cushion, it makes for a great nights sleep.

Let me begin that sometimes reviews can seem fake or that their is an agenda behind them. I hope that my review can be helpful. I have tried many mattresses. Expensive to cheap, I have tried them all. I was not expecting much from this hybrid mattress but it was a decent price and I needed a new mattress fast for my daughter. First the material is soft and very comfortable to touch. Second the mattress is soft but firm. Third the construction is very high end. I am so happy I bought this mattress as I was thinking of getting one at double the price. I am constantly surprised at the quality of Members Mark products. The mattress is listed as hotel quality and honestly it is better. I have been traveling for the last year for school and have stayed at many hotels during that time. I wish they all had mattresses like this one. If you are on the fence, don't worry and trust that it will be a good investment.

This is my first “Mattress in a box” and I’m kinda pleasantly surprised. The material quality is on par with big name brand mattresses. It is supposed to be a medium firm mattress but to me it is a little softer than spring medium firm mattress. If I had any idea, I would have went with the firm one.
