I read the reviews on this and thought it might be really good. It is just okay"if" you are hungry. The sauces are so small that if you try to put some on 6 pitas you will never taste them. The chicken to me tastes like nothing more than cumin. I did like the Bruschetta and the feta but I will pass on this from now on.

These were surprisingly delicious for a quick and easy meal kit. The prep was minimal, and the flavor was maximal. These could pass for takeout. I had no complaints from the picky eaters in my house. This one is an overall win. *no photos because it all got eaten*

This kit is so easy and I ate on it for multiple days. To me there was plenty of chicken, but I don't load it on when I make mine. I did add Romain lettuce to mine for preference… but that's the only thing I did to doctor this up. The creamy garlic sauce was SO good. Feta was good as well. The vegetables were incredible to me, but I love cucumbers and tomatoes soaked in vinegar. I could have eaten the whole thing by itself in one sitting. Love the fact that I feel good and full after eating this-but not take a nap bc I feel gross full. It's perfect for lunch.

Honestly, this Shawarma kit has been a game-changer for us. Running a business and keeping up with a working family means that by the time I get home, the last thing I want to do is spend an hour over the stove. This is the perfect middle ground between "I’m too tired to cook" and "I don't want to order expensive takeout again." It’s affordable, the portions are actually big enough to feed everyone, and it takes maybe 15 minutes top to get everything ready. The chicken has a great kick to it, and once you warm up the pitas, it tastes like a much more expensive meal than it actually is. If you're short on time but still want to put something "real" on the table that the whole family will enjoy, definitely grab one of these. It’s become our go-to for those long days when we just need a win.

When reheating the chicken portion in the microwave, the chicken sparked and caught fire inside the microwave. After called customer service to report the issue and having to be referred to the escalation specialist team, they refunded and advised me to discard the remaining portions. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A MICROWAVE FIRE AND TO LIKELY INGEST HEAVY METAL

We enjoyed this kit. There was plenty for 5 pitas. We aren't big meat eaters so we added avocado, lettuce and mixed fresh tomatoes into prepared tomato cucumbers. Even without add ins this was very flavorful. I wish there was more yogurt sauce it had a great flavor and balanced the spicy sauce perfectly. We used taziki sauce when it ran out. Great addition to prepared meals.

We tried this due to rave reveiws. IDK- I would like it better if it was the pitas, slightly more meat and tzaziki only. You could add your won veggies of choice then. I thought it had a strange sweetness and didn't love the chutney, feta or spicy sauce. Probably wouldn't buy again, but would consider a simpler chicken gyro kit if that was ever offered.

This product is a time saver and easy to put together. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. First time trying and more than likely buy it again.
