I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. I'll start with the good stuff we liked, then the not so good. I liked the ease of making the meal. It was very simple and quick, which is a great option on those busy nights with the family. The flavors were all great and we enjoyed it. What we didn't like so much was the relish type toppings, that could be simpler, just cucumbers and tomatoes really, but it was like sweet or something. There was not enough chicken for the number of pitas in the package. Also, best if you eat it all in one night because the sauces were not resealable.

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. I often wondered how this product tasted and was pleasantly surprised. The kit came with all the ingredients needed. The items were fresh and had superb taste. It was easy to prepare and did not take a long time to put together. It has the option to make it in the microwave or on the stove. We chose to make it using the stove and I believe it made a difference. It is very tasty and satisfying. The only recommendation that I have, in my opinion, is to increase the amount of chicken that is in the kit. Other than that it is a nice and quick meal that doesn't take a long to prepare.

Our family loved the gyro kits but that has been replaced by the shawarma. Shawarma is great but not this stuff. Rather than lamb or beef they use a cheap cut of chicken. With the gyros we could get 6 meals out of one kit. With the shawarma we only got 4 because there was so little chicken.
