Purchased one of these units last year. I didn't use too much last year. I have been using this year and I am very happy with the results. I have about 3-1/2 acre of land that we have someone farm. I always wanted a path along the fence row to walk or drive back to the end of the property. It was mostly field grass and this trimmer ate right through it. I would recommend this trimmer.

I decided to take to one of our rentals that we’re fixing up…high grass and overgrown brush. It knocked out the entire yard with ease. I wish I knew about this thing years ago. It was not hard to figure out how to use it; I simply followed instructions. Turning it on was easy, and it’s size makes grass cutting an absolute simplicity. It goes through everything I put it through in my back yard and it was also easy to adjust regarding its height. This machine is quite sturdy and durable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came fully assembled just had to straighten handle out which was very easy. Only issue is oil fill is in awkward spot. Not easy to pull oil fill cap out. However they did supply oil and a bottle with extender to fill the oil. Came with spare refill string. Just need to fill with gas and it’s ready to go. Works perfectly! A great alternative to handheld trimmers. Powerful enough to cut through at least a few inches grass.

I used to think I had to use a hand held weed trimmer, but holy crap those things are tiring. This thing is a life saver! And an arm muscle saver!

We have a large agricultural property and this motor is seriously strong and capable of trimming very high grass quickly! Definitely 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using an electric weed eater to keep some of the brush down on my front hill. That was a task and as you can see, didn't do much. About 20 minutes using the Senix wheel trimmer and the hill looks so much cleaner! It was an absolute breeze to use, setup was just rotate the handle and tighten, fill the engine with the supplied oil, fill with gas and start. First start was about 6 pulls but that was expected as I couldn't find a primer. After that, 1-2 pulls to start. The engine is quiet and when the trimmer is engaged is also shockingly quiet. After about 5 minutes of use, I did have to tighten the cable to engage the belt. That was simple enough but I feel like that's going to be a common thing. As for actual use, it cut through almost everything with little effort and was light enough that using it on a steep hill didn't take a ton of effort. My push mower is more difficult to do that with. If used on a steep hill, which is unadvised, I found its easier to always push to the right as the rotation keeps it from tipping, but if turned to the left it'll tip over and/or stall. All in all, this wheel trimmer is an excellent addition to my lawn care tools and makes clearing a large area a breeze

I did find that the engine had a slight surging issue, but with a tiny adjustment to an easy to find screw on the carburetor, it runs like a champ. This trimmer sliced right through thick, tall weeds. I will have to get some string from the store, because I burned through the provided line that came with the trimmer. Senix has proven themselves as an affordable rugged brand that I find myself looking for other tools.of theirs that I could use. GOOD JOB!
