Worked really well. Cut for hours did not have to change line.

Really does a great job clearing weeds and grass.

Man who is using it loves it. I have a steep bank along a side road and this is perfect.

job well.done

Within minutes, the carb drain plug fell out, never to be found again

I bought this to replace a Remington trimmer that we can no longer get parts for. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. It does not power through long grass. Instead of cutting the grass, it frays it, twists it and pulls it. And it's hard to start.

Doesn't work, but maybe needs to be primed a few times. Plus something's sounds loose. This could be normal.

I am unable to start the weed eater. The information that came with the trimmer stated Easy to Start. My son had trouble with it also. I would like to return it but need something that I can use.

It's not all bad. But that doesn't matter when critical parts are made from metal not up to the task, combined with a total absence of parts support. As others have said for the same reason, I wish I hadn't bought it. Since I couldn't buy the part I needed (Shield, part # 109001000232) I bought a new welding machine, learned to weld and I routinely weld it back together again (and again) so that my new machine wouldn't be useless after the third use. Remember, after you buy it, you're on your own.
