I use this cleanser every night to get all the oil and any dirt off of my skin. My face gets very oily quickly and needs a good deep clean even after a shower. This product makes my face feel clean without stripping it of all moisture. It does not necessarily help with acne or blemishes, but my skin is clean.

I have been using the gentle facial cleanser on my fairly “normal” skin for almost 10 years and loved it. However, the new formula leaves my skin so tight and red that I cant use it anymore and need to find a new cleanser. I wish they would’ve added a new product option for oily skin rather than completely replacing the original formula that had such a huge and loyal customer base.

i've been using this on & off for a couple years now, but i recently purchased a full bottle after having a bad breakout….after 3 days my skin was noticeably clearer & the pimples were less red/enflamed!!! totally recommend, it doesn't dry out my skin but definitely gives a clean feeling after each use!

I've been using Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for a few years now, and overall, it's a solid choice for anyone with sensitive or combination-to-oily skin. The formula is fragrance-free, which I appreciate, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry after washing. It removes excess oil effectively and gives my face a clean, fresh feel without any irritation. One thing to note is that it doesn't lather much, so if you prefer a foaming cleanser, this might feel underwhelming. It also struggles to remove heavier makeup, so I use a separate makeup remover beforehand. Recently, I noticed some users mentioning a change in the formula. I haven't had any major issues, but the texture and scent do feel slightly different from what I remember. Still, it's gentle and dependable, and at its price point, it's hard to beat for daily cleansing.

This has been my go-to facial cleanser ever since I was a teenager. I like how gentle it is on my sensitive skin and how it's fragrance-free. I also like how it removes makeup fairly easily but doesn't leave my skin dry and irritated from scrubbing. 

Good, simple, non-irritatating cleanser. I'm picky about my cleansers because my face is so sensitive. This is a nice basic cleanser that wont mess with your sensitive skin! Leaves you feeling clean with no residue and it's drugstore so really cheap as well. I like using this as my morning cleanser. Good ingredients, nothing harsh and irritating.

Cetaphil is my favorite cleanser as I have extremely sensitive skin. I don't have to worry about it irritating my skin or any extra redness or itchiness. However I think I prefer the foam to the lotion as this lotion-based cleaner is much more difficult to wash off my face. If you use this in the shower you might be able to remove it, but if you wash your face under the sink and merely want to splash water on it, you may not be able to remove this lotion-based cleanser.

Just like a lot of people here, I was intending to order a different product. This is a facial cleanser only and not the +body wash one. Still, I'm definitely not returning and will probably switch permanently to this one!My skin has never been softer! I'm prone to breakouts and had just run out of my usual acne treatments so I was expecting to break out while waiting for my replacement even with the facial wash, but I'm doing just as well, if not better, with this wash instead! I've only had it for about two weeks so it isn't THAT impressive that my skin's remained clear, but I'm very happy with what I got!

Simple cleanser that gets the job done... my only complaint is that it is a tad bit drying so you must follow up with a good moisturizer! Love that it doesn't have a crazy scent and that it's priced just right! Definitely purchasing again! This is my every day face wash!

i have been using this product for over a year now and it's definitely my go to. for being a drugstore product i am super satisfied with the product. i have combination skin and it doesn't leave my face too oily or too dry. i use Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion over top
