A lot of people swear by this product. While it definitely is a “gentle cleanser” as it claims, I personally believe it is too gentle and doesn't seem to do anything when it come to cleans the face, however it does leave your skin beautiful soft, it just doesn't feel clean.

This product is really great at making my skin feel clean and refreshed. It is perfect for when I am breaking out because it feels like it is really cleaning out all the dirt in my breakouts. The only thing that I don't like about this cleanser is that it dries out my skin too much, leading to it peeling.

I love Cetaphil baby products but I don't love this facial cleanser. I really wanted to love this, I really did but this was very stripping/drying for my oily combo skin. The ingredients list isn't anything special and the "masking fragrance" reminds me of a really strong smelling bug spray. I really don't mind fragrance in my face wash since it's not something you leave on there's less chance for irritation, I just can't with the strong bug spray smell of this. I think I'll stick with my Murad cleanser and my Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser those 2 are top favorites of mine.

This is a standard gel cleanser that when activated with water, produces a mild foam that gently cleanses and removes a good amount of makeup, though I recommend double cleansing if you're wearing a full face of foundation and waterproof cosmetics. It is great to remove sunscreen, tinted moisturizer and light mascara for everyday activities. Leaves face clean and soft without that tight dryness.

I used this for the first time today, and when I put a lil in my hands I was thinking oh my gosh this totally isn't going to do any heavy removing of dirt from my face but let me tell you it did, the rag I used made it look like I haven't washed my face today it took all the dirt off, and it made my face look fresh, and washed. I would most definitely buy it again:) my skin isn't dry nor oily right now it just feels perfect.

The most gentle cleansing wash I've ever used. It has never disrupted or caused more acne to my skin. I love to use it with my rotating face brush just so that I can get a more deep exfoliating cleanse. The only thing I wish is that it foamed up a lot more, but it cleanses my skin really well and that's all that matters.

This is the best skin case cleanser. Cheap but really effective. You don't need fancy, pricey brands to save your skin. This cleared my horrible acne within a week! A WEEK! Totally recommend! I have really sensitive skin too and my skin loved this! Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

I have been using Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for more than 20 years. I am severely disappointed that like many manufacturer's products over the last 2 years, the quality of this product has gone way downhill. This cleanser is now so watery that every time I pump some out to cleanse my face it squirts everywhere. This used to have a nice viscosity - not too thin and not too thick. Like a lot of products post-Covid, this cleanser is a watered-down version of the one I had used for so long. Is it really worth it to water down your cleanser to save a few cents and lose long-standing customers? On top of that, they changed the formula in other ways too. Now, it makes my face "burn" after using it. I never had this problem before. It really stinks that I buy it in lots of 2 - what a waste of my money. After 20+ years I will be looking for a new facial cleanser.

I love this cleanser! it is great for sensitive skin, doesn't affect the skin's ph too much. it is not an amazingly effective product against acne, but it gets the job done without making you break out. I would recommend it to someone for someone with sensitive skin, or without very much acne.

So this cleanser isn't heavy or foaming at all. For people that have sensitive skin like me, I totally recommend this product. Even though it is light on the skin it has helped me so much, using it daily you will see a difference. My face feels amazing using this & I would not change this product, I will keep purchasing it.
